Clean and comfortable. Great restaurant on location with good prices. Very comfortable bed.

Staff was great, no issues other than you can't bring your own food in the restaurant area, great location near town, and a lot of restaurants.

No free breakfast, you pay into a Hilton hotel expecting anything more than basic motel amenities, did try the food for dinner at the restaurant, the waiter was great but the food was very disappointing for the quality I've experienced before. My friends room was good but in my room alone the mini fridge wasn't plugged into the socket so I connected and then it didn't even work properly to where I had to throw away food the following morning thinking it would've worked, it also leaked water all over the floor and storage cabinet it was in when I plugged it in. The sink from the bathroom was leaking into the floor where it connected to the wall in the bathroom as well. The dual sliding glass door for the shower wasn't on its railing properly and would slide open during a shower causing water and soap to get everywhere. The "complimentary" soaps and lotion was not replaced when I came, it was just refilled which is unsanitary, you would think that in this post-COVID19 world that a higher end hotel would try to stay sanitary. There was also an issue where the light in the bathroom kept turning on when ever there was a slight bump from either the upstairs or side neighbors which happened at all hours of the night.

We didn’t stay because there was an error on the booking dates. We arrived at the hotel and they said they would help us and refund us to stay on the correct days but we would have to pay again. So we decided not too because honestly we didn’t have enough money too book again. I called booking and they said they would process the refund if and only if the hotel accepted to refund to which I was happy because the property manager said they would refund. At the end the hotel decided not to refund and I begged them to refund to understand us that it was an honest mistake but they decided not to… to top it off later that day they towed our family car to which we had to pay $400 to get it back we had a parking permit but they didn’t see it and they still charged us and didn’t care. I explained in a voicemail to the hotel and I guess they didn’t care. To me that is poor customer service poor understanding to the customer. It is such a beautiful hotel but I zero definitely not recommend this hotel and never will I ever book with them!

Pretty and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room smelled like urine!! It was a very very strong disgusting smell. The staff were very helpful and gave us another room that didn’t smell nearly as strong. The staff believe that the smell was from one of the cleaning supplies they use.

Room service is great. Rooms are very clean and the carpet wasn’t stink.

The breakfast wasn’t for free!
