Muy buena ubicación, buen servicio, muy bien en general
El problema es de booking, después de confirmado el hospedaje, hablé al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva…… que pasa si no hablo!!!
Tuve que reservar de nuevo y de todos modos realizaron el cargo por cancelación!!!! Muy mal booking. 🤬

The rooms are in a very good place to be able to see what you want to see in your room and the restrooms are very clean and the bathroom looks very nice
The price is a little high. But I would love to have a few more days to get a better deal with the seller

We did not like it. We did not stay because the manager who was the person checking us in was rude and did not try to accommodate a 40 minute early check in.
Manager / staff was so rude and did not represent Hilton appropriately so we canceled reservation and manager gave us a bill for zero dollars.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. The Air Condition worked excellent for the super hot days. Didn't check out pool area overall first time staying there everything was good except the breakfast could have been better. The staff was very nice especially Stephanie that's works the night shift exceptional helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Reasonable price for the room we had.
The breakfast could have been better. We weren't expecting a gourmet one either but we think they could have done better. Didn't have any fresh fruits. They advertise a breakfast sandwich with bioche bread that they didn't have. There is alot of good places to eat close by anyways.

The placement of the swimming pool on the North side of the building makes it to where the water is really cold especially this time of year. It would have been nicer to have it on another side so it could warm up better with the sunlight.

the room was not thoroughly cleaned with dried spaghetti stuck on headboard. housekeeping didn’t thoroughly vacuum. blankets were stained and pillowcases needed replacing. option for disposable plates and cutlery is preferred. phone did not work even when I plugged it in.

Breakfast was simple. It seemed like it was frozen and just heated microwave. It didn't really have much choice for the price of the room. I booked daily Add around a $116 a night. Then when I went to book this particular sthis particular stay the price had jumped up across-the-board to a $160 a night. It totally was not worth a $160 a night plus tax so basically around me 200 bucks.. It's not morning yet but I can guarantee the extra 55 $60 that I spent is not gonna go to that breakfast.
Had lots of storage but the upper storage cabinets would have been a lot better if they have covers over them and it didn't look like just a work area.

Breakfast was awesome room was awesome but for a high price hotel they could have replaced the old can opener for a new one.
That the old can opener was completely broken one of the handles was very hard to maneuver thought it was going to cut my hand.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The closing of the doors is so loud and anyone speaking can be heard inside of the room.

It was very clean and well equipped.
Check in was supposed to be at 3pm they didn't have my room ready until 5:30. They said they'd call me and let me know when it'd be ready they didn't. I had to keep calling or stopping by to get an update.
