Le petit déjeuner était copieux et trés bon
Les sanitaires manquent un peu d'intimité... les douches...

The ckeck-in was easy and smooth.
The toilets and showers are in the first floor while the beds are in the third. The room is very warm even though it is June.

Basic hostel that offers everything you need whilst you on an adventure. Good value for money and friendly staff. The hostel kitchen offers everything one would need as well.

No charging point near to bed, only 1 point in whole dorm of 4 people and everybody waiting for it
No dust bin in room

Only 1 shower area for entire building and doors were broken
Toilets were less compared to number of guests and were dirty too, with no washbasin
Staff is not very friendly and rude
Rooms became crowded as were very small
Wifi was not working at all
Radiator making noise whole night
No options in breakfast and was costly
No soap anywhere in entire property

Location was good, 15 mins walk to the center. Staff was nice.
Everything in the room was very old and uncomfortable. Bed sheets was not included in the price, costs extra 6 euros. And it was not as clean as I expected.

good location
owners were overacting corona fear. you don’t even get a bedsheet and you’re sleeping on a plastic surface, you need to bring your own towel as well, all part of Corona restrictions…. I really can’t imagine.. I doubt if it’s really the corona or they don’t want to invest in a new washing machine..

Been coming here since 2006 and always been very friendly and everything a climber needs for his rest... looking forward to returning 😊

I stay here every time I'm in Chamonix climbing. The couple who run this place are lovely and helpful people.
Just a 5 min walk from the MBC , the best bar in town and only 10min walk to town centre.
The carpeted toilet doors and other things add to the character.

not really a place to sit comfortable. Just the kitchen and a few seats at the reception.

The hostel has a budget friendly price but don’t expect too much with that price. I think it is ideal for backpackers who need a bed to sleep on. It has a nice view of the mountains.

This is great for a short stay. It's nothing fancy but it has everything you need for a night's stay if you are walking in the area. The proprietor is very friendly and accommodating, and it is great value for money in Chamonix.

Beds are small and not very hygienic, they had mentioned that blanket lining won't be available so I brought my own. But the bed spread was dusty and had random strands of hair on it. It was a very very small room with 4 beds felt, stuffy and no ventilation. There were only 2 charging points for a room of 4. The common washrooms were clean but there was no hand wash soap in any floor. All in all - it was sub par and they didn't have some basic amenities that are expected out of a budget hostel.
