Questo splendido condominio del South West Corner nella desiderabile Sea Breeze ha una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico e sull'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa di Madeira Beach. Il condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni è con oltre 1400 piedi quadrati molto spaziosi e può ospitare comodamente un gruppo o una famiglia di 6 persone. Allestimento davvero unico con 2 balconi, uno rivolto a ovest si affaccia sul Golfo e uno rivolto verso la Via navigabile intra-costiera. Questo condominio ha molti aggiornamenti e i proprietari hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro di decorazione. La grande cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare un buon pasto per la famiglia. Ottimi servizi includono piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, area barbecue e servizio lavanderia.

This condo is roomy and has everything you need. We stayed in it for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The bedrooms are large and the whole condo was very clean. We love the location. You can walk to many restaurants and stores. The only downside, which is minor, is that there are not many outlets. We will be back.

Our stay at here was everything we were hoping for. The unit was amazing, clean & spacious. The balcony views were fantastic and the location to surrounding attractions & restaurants was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place and hope we can revisit sooner than later!

This condo has a great view and is very spacious. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were good. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys. The thing that we appreciated a lot were the recliners, made us feel right at home.
It’s a short walk to John’s pass one way and Crabbys on the beach the other way. There are several other restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We would stay here again.

We were guests with a few extra days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable accommodations. Nice pool and hot tub. Ocean toys and chairs..great view! On trolley line. Small store across street provides basics so no need to have a car for short stays. May rent this exact spot again😊

A huge very loud , nasty, unruly group of Cuban families took over the pool area, BBQ grills and area. Kids were hitting my granddaughter . We never were even able to use the pool . They were terribly rude, nasty and very loud. Took over the elevators, went right in front of us to get in while we waited. The maintenance man had to clean up their big messes by the pool. We were very disappointed that they over ran the condo. The police even had to be called for them. Wish somebody from your office was there to witness it.

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. We love Madeira!! This home was everything we needed, and more. Perfect location to everything!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, and Candy kitchen. We walked every night to get ice cream. The perfect ending to each beautiful beach day. From the ocean views, to the bedrooms, this house had it all. My family, and I plan to return very soon!!

Loved the layout of the condo…spacious and comfortable. Corner unit so the balcony gave us wonderful sunset views. Lovely grounds and pool. An older building but extremely well maintained. Perfect for a reunion with my St. Pete High School friends from the Class of 1955!😊We all know the beaches of St.Pete well…would recommend this unit to all.

The location, condo, and view were great. The beach wasn't crowded and a great central location. The walls are thin and we could hear every footstep in the unit above us. We also didn't realize the unit did not have a clothes washer/dryer. It was listed in the amenites so we assumed they were in the unit. We caught this the day before and brought extra clothes and didn't need to wash anything. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

I was very pleased with this rental. It was clean and had lots of space throughout. The views are great from this room and its nice to be right on the beach. Parking was amazing and the location to come and go from this area is so easy. It was nice to have laundry just a few steps away, The pool could be a little bigger but it was clean and very well kept.I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze and we love it. The beach at this spot is great, location to shops, convenient and grocery stores is easy to get too. The little things like a garbage shoot in the hallway is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the beach that we couldn’t easily pack for our flight. There’s only 2 things we don’t like about Sea Breeze that the condo owners should bring up at their meetings and that’s gate access. I get you want to restrict only those staying there to use the facility, and this makes sense to enter the pool area however to enter and exit the beech area is a pain especially when it’s next door to public beech access, anyone can go in and out the facility without using the gate, we often went that route rather then dealing with the code as our hands are full. It also doesn’t make any sense to require the code to leave the pool area, you wouldn’t be in there if you didn’t use it to get in and if you weren’t supposed to be there you’d just hop over the gate. Trying to leave the pool area when it’s dark you’ll need a flash light to find the letters and numbers for the code entry. The other complaint is the single elevator and how horribly slow it is. Everyone’s always waiting. If your not carrying a lot then I highly recommend the stairs, at least going down.

The property accommodated or party and the condo was spacious and easy to get around. The view was lovely. However, there was no washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. Since we packed light with that expectation, it was costly and inconvenient. The carpet was vacuumed but needed to be replaced or shampooed as it was black on the carpet path. The elevator was extremely slow and a little scary as to creating it would breakdown any minute.

The condo was in the perfect location as we were able to walk most places or have on a short drive. The place needs some repairs and updating and we needed things like dish soap to wash dishes in the cabinets that were dirty. Overall it did the job but for the money I expected it to be more clean and furnished. It was nice having the beach chairs, boogie boards, and cart.

"Resort Rentals" They were extremely helpful in renting the unit and even afterward they followed up to make sure we had everything we needed and were settled in ok, it was good feeling. The unit was fully stocked with necessities. The VIEW is amazing!
The BAD - The unit was not updated as much as we had hoped. The bed linen was dingy and dirty looking so we went down to Walmart and bought a set to use while we were there.
The UGLY - The unit smelled very "musty" like old, wet carpet that was in the process of drying. Burning candles helped but did not eliminate it.
I hate to leave such a bad review but I want to be honest. So, I hope the owners see this review and do something about the carpet and bedlinen.

This was a great family vacation destination. The dual balcony was so nice for a change of scenery. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than the sound of the waves. The location was great, just a short walk to Johns pass and my kids loved slurpees on the beach everyday with 7-11 across the street. The candy kitchen down the street was a cool place to check out as well. The place was exactly as displayed in the listing and the resort itself was very well maintained and clean.

The apartment was not clean. The beds in the guest room had been slept in but clean sheets were not put on. Is it the practice to not change sheets if it looks like beds were not slept in. If so this is totally unexceptionable especially during COVID. All beds should be fresh and clean for arriving guests. The tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. The kitchen needs to be updated and painted. It took a whole day for resort rentals to get in touch with the cleaning company to come and do a proper cleaning. We spent the whole day dealing with this problem taking away from our vacation time. The living room, dining room and bedroom furniture was ok. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment put a damper on an otherwise pleasant trip to Madeira Beach.

6 women hard to keep Everyone happy all the time but this condo was perfect for us all.. this is our 2nd stay there in the last year In 401 and absolutely love it.. always meets our expectations.. perfect location and beautiful views comfy beds.. hot showers and plenty of room for everyone.. hopefully see again next year!!

This property has an amazing gulf front balcony with the most spectacular view and the location is perfect. It is large with lots of space and storage. The only real issue we had is that the carpet in the living room and bedrooms was stained and dirty, we kept our shoes on at all times. We would definitely rent at this complex again and would love to rent this condo however we wouldn't unless the carpet was gone.
