This home was absolutely gorgeous, well stocked, had every amenity you could imagine. Perfect for families. Located right in the middle of all the fun. Sedona, Grand Canyon, sunset crater, etc. About three minutes from downtown.

Beautiful Mountain Escape
My family loved our time at Flagstaff Ranch, and the owner was extremely accommodating. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. We highly recommend this house and owner. He was first rate all the way!

It was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. They had no complaints and we would welcome the chance to stay there again. The homeowner was easy to contact for questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. A++

This is in a perfect location for Sedona and Grand Canyon. There is even lots to do in Flagstaff. The house was beautiful and perfect for the nine of us. I would definitely come back to this property if we come back to this area!

Family vacation
This house is the perfect set up for families we have small children and it had everything we needed and more. They definitely thought about all the little details of what a fully equipped house entails. We would definitely recommend this house. Michael was also great to work with very flexible and quick to respond.

Each winter we try to go to Flagstaff to sled and see the snow with our children. Even though we happened to book a weekend where there was zero snow on the ground in January... we still had a blast. The house was very cozy and comfortable which made up for the lack of snow. The neighborhood is gorgeous. We really enjoyed going for walks. The house is also about 5 mins from downtown Flagstaff.
I always appreciate when reviews recommend activities and restaurants they enjoyed. We ended up going tubing at Fort Tuthill Snow Park. We got takeout from several delicious restaurants (Toasted Owl for breakfast, Pizzicletta for dinner and Proper for sandwiches/chili).
The owner was extremely easy to work with and accomodating. We will be back again for sure!

Great Thanksgiving Weeks
This place was nicer than we anticipated. We drove to Arizona from Texas to pick up our son who is finishing up this fall semester at Arizona State University. We decided to go ahead and spend the week in Flagstaff and this house met our needs. We knew we were going to be renting a nice house, but once we checked in it exceeded our expectations. We were worried about not having enough cooking items to make it a good Thanksgiving dinner, but this house all the cookware, dinnerware, and common ingredients where we didn’t have to go without. This house made our Thanksgiving a memorable one. We will stay there again when we go back to Flagstaff.

This cabin was everything and more. We didn’t even have to leave the neighborhood to have fun! The only thing I would’ve wished for was a fire pit outside, but given HOA rules, we weighed out the pros and cons! We will definitely be renting again.

Best Property in Flagstaff!
Stayed with our adult kids and grandchild over a long weekend. Home is top-notch luxury, but extremely cozy and comfortable. Great living room, huge tv, awesome kitchen and dining room, great beds and baths, super outdoor gathering areas... couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. The Flagstaff Ranch development is a beautiful upscale gated neighborhood that's perfect for long relaxing walks with off-the-chart views of the San Francisco peaks. Can't say enough about this property...will be back. Thanks to our helpful host Michael for everything!

Labor Day Fun
We really enjoyed our stay and the place is a beautiful home! We stayed in contact with owner the whole time and he was terrific. We did not encounter an issues to deal with. Loved the spot and location was placed well in Flagstaff Ranch. Golfing and amenities were not available to us, which was the only set back for the property.

Flagstaff Ranch Summer Retreat
We spent the week here with 2 grandparents, 2 10yr old kids and 2 adults and the home easily accommodated our needs with 2 king beds and a queen and bunk beds. The house is well appointed and has beautiful updates and finishes. We ran and mountain biked in the golf community and took several 30min trips to area lakes and had great luck with fishing. It’s perfect for a day trip to the Grand Canyon in about 2hrs and only 30min to Snowbowl .....we like to drive to the top and ride our mountain bikes down the mountain in the summer. Have the grandparents pick you up at the bottom. The kitchen had everything we needed and an outdoor BBQ for some grilling. We’ve stayed in this community 2 years ago and it is a great location. The owners keep in good contact and are quite hospitable. Enjoy your stay.

Amazing stay in flagstaff ranch
We came down for Memorial Day with out twin 4 year old boys. Property Is located in flagstaff ranch which is a gated community. It is only a few miles from the city center
The house is in almost new condition. Extremely well stocked with everything you need. Has four bed rooms. Two downstairs and two upstairs. Our twins really enjoyed the bunk bed in the kids room which also has several toys. All the TVs are connected to dish and most streaming services. The house was super clean as well which is very important.
The host Michael was very responsive. Gave us suggestions on day trips and restaurants. Very easy to work with. We were texted the code for entry into the house.
We will definitely be staying at this house again. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Retreat
Our family of four spent a wonderful week at this property. The entire house is updated, tastefully decorated, and very clean.
The four bedrooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and extra sheets/blankets were easily accessible in the closets. It was nice having a fireplace in the master. The double bunk beds were a huge hit with our daughters.
The bathrooms were clean and well lit. The master bathroom's spacious double shower was a luxury.
We spent most of our time in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well stocked - you will find everything you need . The large center island is low and perfect for children to sit at for meals. The leather couches are comfy and perfectly situated to see the fireplace.
The property is just across the street from a little recreation area and just a block or so from the golf course. We enjoyed exploring the community. The streets are smoothly paved and perfect for bikes, scooters, and strollers. You can take a short walk up to a water tower for amazing views of the area.
The property manager provided everything we needed ahead of time and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!
