From the original payment all systems were positive. Upon entering we saw the open space with many windows. The unit was complete with everything we would need for a vacation . We were blessed with sunrises and sunsets.

Awesome oceanfront duplex. Fully stocked with everything you need. This includes many games for kids and binoculars to watch the dolphins. This time of year the dolphins are out every day and we never tire of seeing them. They even gave us a show by slapping their tales and jumping. This place is close to stores and restaurants. Owner is very responsive. This duplex stays booked so that says it all. I will be back for sure!

Spent several days at this gorgeous property for a second time, and it was just as amazing as I had remembered. Nothing is better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean just outside your window. The house is clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable, and equipped with everything one needs to relax and unwind. Could not recommend it more highly!

We had such a great time at Shorebreak and Emerald Isle! Shorebreak had everything thing we needed plus the beach access and views were amazing!! We had never visited a NC beach, and we are so glad we chose EI and Shorebreak. We definitely plan a repeat visit!

Fabulous beach location! Exceeded every expectation!!! The beach is one step out of the front door. Extremely clean and every accommodation was available. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

From the moment we walked in and found flowers, the fixings for mimosas, and a dog biscuit for our fur baby we knew we were in the right place! The home was well stocked, clean, and the views were breathtaking! Nicole was great to work with and made our visit stress free! Loved every minute!

This was our family's third stay at Shorebreak, and it was amazing as always. The home is perfect for our family of 4 with everything available that we need. We drive in from MO, so it's nice to be able to travel lightly where we essentially only have to bring in our clothes. The property is very well maintained, and we've seen that the owner continues to make upgrades each year which is very nice. For the first time, we had a minor issue with a faucet that was broken. It worked fine, and was basically cosmetic, but I did let Nicole (the owner) know. She was very quick to respond and had it fixed immediately while making sure to work around our schedule so as not to be intrusive. She truly cares about caring for the property while respecting our time there. The beach access is awesome. It really feels like a private beach. We spent most days right there, but took one day to go to Sand Dollar Island this year, which was a good excursion to experience once. We saw dolphins swimming this year as well, which our kids really enjoyed seeing. They also loved "hunting" for crabs after sunset. Overall, I can't praise the owner and property manager enough here. Beautiful stay with excellent communication. We've booked another week for our 4th stay because we enjoy it that much. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed or having a bad experience given the superb communication that I've experienced.

This was our third stay at Shorebreak, and we have already booked for 2024. Well-maintained properties for smaller families with direct access to the beach are hard to find, but this is it. We so look forward to our relaxing stay along the coast every year. Just, please, don't try to book when I want to stay there.

This was our group's first visit to Emerald Isle and it was gorgeous! The morning views, especially, were breath taking. We saw dolphins almost every day. The property was very nicely furnished, the kitchen well stocked and everything was very neat and clean. The owner was very communicative and responsive before and after our stay. You won't be disappointed if you choose this property for some R&R!

If you want to chill, this is the place. There are things to do a few miles down the road but if you bring your own food, you have everything you need! Nicole has furnished the house with everything you need to feel at home! Super quick communications. Everything is clean and good quality! Loved it!

Shorebreak is so special to our family as we have come here multiple times and each time, we love it even more. Nicole is so wonderful to communicate with and they have put so much love into their home! New updates every single time we come! It literally has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen stuff to outdoor things for the beach for all ages... chairs, beach toys, comfy outdoor chairs, etc. The list goes on and on. Our son loved watching the dolphins swim in front of the house literally every day! The house is clean and comfortable which is truly so hard to find. We love Shorebreak and can't wait to come back again soon!!

The house was everything we had hoped for. The pictures on the listing represented exactly what we were looking for and the view and access to the beach are what will bring us back next year.

Our stay was so relaxing from the moment we opened the door. The views are breathtaking, esp when waking up and being right at the ocean, it's just so peaceful. You provided everything we needed, which made it so nice not to have to pack alot. The bed was so comfortable and we are now in the process to get one identical because we both slept like babies. We don't get to take trips like we used to so this was much needed. We are already talking about staying again soon. It's such a beautiful home and you've gone above and beyond to make it so inviting!!

A great setting on Emerald Island with views to die for. The house is well-designed, extremely well appointed and thoroughly comfortable. We've rented from Maine to California and from Seattle to Palm Beach, and this may be the nicest place we've ever had the good fortune to enjoy. Everything was perfect. We could even take our little dog, and she loved it, too.

Excellent vacation spot. Right on the beach with access to great food and shopping. Communications by owner and property manager were great as well. Very clean with all the amenities we would ever need. Second time we’ve stayed here, and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location with two little kids because we could go back and forth between the beach and the house throughout the day. The size of the rental was exactly what we needed, and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We didn’t use the grill but the setup looked great. A bonus was that we could bring our dog and he was allowed on the beach. Restaurants are within 7-20 minutes and it’s also close to the Aquarium. If we ever find ourselves back in Emerald Isle, we will 100% book this place again!

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, beach chairs and sand toys were provided which was super convenient and it was in the perfect location! It was a wonderful place to stay!

First time to Emerald Isle and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect and beach is very quiet and almost have area to yourself. Great property for our family if 4. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Hope to return soon.

I’ve been going to Emerald Isle all my life. I love the family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. Shorebreak is a beautiful property right on the ocean. I went with my partner and best friend. The bedrooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. The view was gorgeous. There were tons of amenities including a gas grill and chairs for the beach. I plan on staying there again next year.

We had an amazing time as always. This was my 4th stay. The upgrades made are excellent. Will be back next year.
