Number 1 of the reasons I choose this facility was it's closeness in distance to where I needed to be. Dunkin Donuts in front of the building was the ONLY plus.

The 1st room we were assigned to was room 104, the carpets looked and smelled like they were in desperate need of a GOOD cleaning, room didn't smell good, the top bed cover (sheet), as well as all 4 bed pillows had dark hair all over them, called desk, desk lady shows up, with "Clean" bed linens, tells us she isn't "House keeping", upon her removal of the bed linens, she finds stains on the mattress cover, she decides to move us to room 124, at the other end of the hall. "Shady" looking characters hanging in parking lot after dark, wasn't feeling to safe!

The hotel lobby was very clean and looked modern. The room size was big and the bathroom was large, too. You didn't feel cramped in this place. I especially liked the staff. Friendly and eager to say hello to all of their people.

After I booked and checked in, I realized that this hotel was meant for long term stays. People staying there had been there for a while and had made themselves very comfortable. Some leaving their doors open and talking loudly to their neighbors down the hall. The smell of marijuana was prevalent from a door right by the elevator so no way to avoid it. And because of it's location on a busy road, making a left hand turn out of the parking lot was a matter of life or death.

Did not see a breakfast, cable and internet services were down during my stay

No offers of discount or compensation for cable and internet being down during stay, and this was mentioned until after payment and check in was made, I wish this would have been mentioned before I paid at the front desk.
