Good location, very high quality. Clean. Good breakfast. Excellent noise isolation - with closed windows you could not hear any thing from the street.

Nice hotel near the train station, good position for the center and to reach Hannover for the exhibition.

I don’t usually eat breakfast, I just wanted a coffee to take with me when I left in the morning, was told it’s not possible, also no tea coffee facilities in the room was a little disappointing.

Entrance doors to hotel.locked early and no automatic entry by swiping room key. This meant having to wait for someone at reception to grant us access. On one occasion we were stood waiting for some time as person at reception was dealing with a guest however, it was cold and raining outside so being stuck outside in the rain wasn't ideal.

It was the same place my friend booked and I had stayed there before. The gentleman at check in and the Asian woman and housekeeping were wonderful, can't say anything about the rest of them that is nice.

First, they are not pet friendly at all. Charge 15€ for my puppy who got disoriented and peed on my comforter. They charged 60€ for that, which they didn't inform me of until she got excited when she saw our friends Heather and accidently peed on her comforter, another 60€ charged and that is when I was told that it would be 60€. I hadn't been told that until that point so I thought I would get a pass for the first one. No. What was supposed to cost me aroubd 286 ended up costing me over 400€. They need to inform you of the power policy and the charges of accidentals before hand. The breakfast they want 17€ per day extra and 4€ for a cup of coffee when coffee should be free for the 90+€ a night I paid.

insufficient parking area, rude receptionists, boring breakfast... no kettle, laundry bag and slippers in the room...

We liked the size of the room and the interior, the bed was very comfortable (sooo hard to get out in the morning :), people were nice, the room was quiet. Train station and quite a few cafes are around.

It's a pity that only bar, no food, was available in the hotel in the evening.

The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was exactly what we needed - a clean and modern space with comfortable beds. It was super easy to get there, just a three minute walk from the train station.

Excellent breakfast, professional staff.

A compressor or machine that was going on and off all the time.

Everything was clean and really nice would come back again
