Loved this property for our vacation in the Tahoe area. Everything listed in the booking description is accurate, and one can tell Catherine takes extra care in making sure her guests are comfortable. Our family especially appreciated the quality bed linens and bath towels ... this seems to be a detail often overlooked in some rental experiences - thank you for a good night's rest after a fun-filled day in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Highly recommend this property - we hope to return soon!

What a beautiful home! We had everything we could possibly need and then some. The condo was super clean; beds were heavenly; the kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Cathy and Janet were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Groceries, restaurants and bars are within driving distance. The Tahoe art and decor by local artists and the "Welcome" bottle of wine were the cherry on top and so much appreciated. We definitely plan on returning!

We stayed here for a week while our kids were in a nearby camp. Very clean, and well stocked. They thought of things that most VRBOs don’t. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the fact that there was no AC, it was hot in Tahoe that week and it was noisy having to sleep with the windows open. The condo is on a busy street with buses that run constantly, plus there was early morning construction each day. Also, although we didn’t use the outdoor patio much I didn’t like the fact that there was a ring camera out there. It felt a little intrusive if you were to be out there bbqing having conversation with your spouse, etc… all that being said the place was very clean and comfortable!

We stayed at the property for 8 nights. It was very clean, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. it was also very convenient to hiking, biking and the beaches. The garage is another very useful feature as we had bikes to store.
Janet was a great host and prompt in answering our questions.
We enjoyed our visit and hope to stay there again.

In many ways, this condo exceeded our expectations: located on the east shore (arguably the most beautiful side of the lake,) perfectly laid out for our family of four, beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, and generously appointed throughout. We want to thank the owners for sharing so much with us: from the non-perishables in their pantry, and their gas tank for the outdoor grill, to their fully stocked vacationing gear. We enjoyed taking their like-new beach chairs, wagon and cooler on a couple of our excursions. We do wish we’d known in advanced of the daily fees to access the private beaches nearby. Still, given the chance, we’d love to stay here again. The hostess was also great. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to others!

This property was the perfect size for our family. We had 3 couple so each had their own bedroom. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The downstairs was very roomy and also comfortable just hang out and play games. The kitchen is large, well stocked and solid appliances.We used the hot tub one day (30 sec. walk away) and it was perfect after skiing.We skied at Mr. Rose which was an easy 20 min drive each way. There is a local host who was very helpful and timely in responding to our initial questions. Overall we had an awesome time and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this well appointed, exceptionally clean, 3 bed condo. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of the little extras that made cooking away from home so easy including lots of spices. The condo layout is spacious with very comfortable bedding and linens and lots of little extra touches - night lights, spa towels, cooler, laundry detergent. The location was perfect for spending a day at the private beach or hiking with grocery and restaurants nearby. The hosts were super responsive, and check in and out was really easy.
We would definitely stay here again !

We love staying here at Incline. We come back here for a reason! The townhouse is large, clean, the beds are fabulous and kitchen is always well stocked. The living room area is such great place to lounge with the family after a long day!

Stayed with a total of 6 adults for a summer trip to visit Lake Tahoe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home actually felt larger than it appears in photos and was very comfortable with cute Tahoe lake and ski decor. It has all necessary kitchen, laundry, and bathroom items for convenience. Less than a 5 minute walk to the water and close to the bike path, sand harbor, and many great restaurants. About 15 minutes to Kings Beach and 30 minutes to Tahoe City. Only downside was the shared jacuzzi was not working so double check before booking if this is a must for you. Would stay again, any time of year!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was well stocked with everything you need to cook and even had all of the toiletries! It’s located in the perfect part of town! You can walk the short 0.5 mile to the Village or easily get to incline beach or the greenway that goes to the lake! So much to do! We enjoyed renting kayaks and E-Bikes! Along with beautiful hikes close by! The house was so great to come back to! And we enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the backyard! Beautiful diversity of birds! We will be back!

Incline village in north lake tahoe is more quiet and this rental was easy access to everything in the area. You can walk to the beach and walk to the Hyatt Regency Casino and restaurants. Also, the scenic highway to South Lake Highway is a 30-minute drive with breath taking views of the lake and mountains. We highly recommend this beautifully well-kept, beautifully decorated warm and cozy home.

Very nice condo for a ski weekend with my family. Cozy, clean, close to the lake and close to skiing.
I'd give a 6th star if I could for the hosts. We had to move our trip due to weather issues (the i80 closed) and Catherine was very helpful & understanding. After leaving, my wife forgot her rings in the condo, and the property manager Edward found them & mailed them back to us. So thankful to them both for going above & beyond for us.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is very well maintained with lovely decor and comfortable beds. We had a short walk to the beach as well as easy driving access to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose. After a day of skiing and playing in the snow, the fireplace was a treat. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting it again on our next Incline vacation.

This is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed. They had so many nice amenities and little details that made it extra special. We were in town for a wedding at the Hyatt and it was super close and convenient. I'd love to come back in the summer as you are right next to the lake. Great rental! We will be back!

This was our third time staying here and it was the best year yet. It’s a 3 minute walk to my favorite beach in Tahoe. The home is very clean and the communication from the owner and property manager make it as easy as possible. Can’t wait for next year!

This condo is very nice! It is large and nicely laid out. There were 5 of us - grandma, 2 grandkids and parents. We had plenty of space. The beds are oh so comfortable!
The only problem I came across was not the owners fault. In the past you could get a pass from the owner then go to the local beaches - Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar - but that has changed. Only the owner can purchase passes and is limited to how many passes they can purchase. We had planned to go to Sand Harbor, which we did every day, then in the afternoon walk down to the local beaches and use the pool at Burnt Cedar. With the passes, we could only go once with the 5 of us then 2 of us on another day. This put a wrench in our plans but we still totally enjoyed ourselves by spending everyday at Sand Harbor.
The owner was amazingly quick to respond to any questions I had. I think everyone would love staying there!

Felt like a home away from home. Owner was wonderful and accommodating. The hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. The beds were a dream and everything available in the kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!

Cozy, comfy location
This property was everything we could have asked for. It was the perfect size for 3 adults that want their own space, and I could see it being perfect for a family of 5-6 (maybe even more cus the couch was so comfy and warm!). Everything was clean, organized, and decorated very nicely. Felt like home. I would 100% stay here again!

Great Tahoe Rental
This rental was great on many levels - the two levels and bedrooms were wonderful with the bottom level having plenty of space for games and enjoying family time.

Ideal Location, Beautifully decorated, and Impeccable Condition
Model-like décor, impeccable condition, this newly updated condo is spacious and in the BEST location by the Lake! Literally a 3-minute walk to enjoy a picnic at the private beach in Incline Village or a beautiful walk along Lakeshore Drive. All new stainless steel appliances and a well-stocked kitchen made it ideal for 3 couples to enjoy our dining experiences, whether inside at the large dining table or outside on the sunny back deck. All Bedrooms had super comfy bed linens and throws, new furnishings and state-of-the-art TV’s. The remodeled bathrooms were spotless and current in their design. My favorite room was the ‘rustic modern’ great room, with plenty of comfortable seating, large TV and beautiful fireplace wall. Having a garage and storage was also an added bonus. Our host Cathy was incredibly responsive before and during our trip, which we appreciated. This rental exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return!

Great Property, Great Location, Excellent Communication
This property was perfect for our family. The inside is all recently updated with new appliances. It was clean, and well stocked. It is a really short 5 min walk to Incline Beach, and really close to the Hayatt. The owner Cathy was super responsive, and really friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend at McCloud
This beautiful property was the perfect home base for our family during our daughter's wedding weekend in Incline. The home is beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. We were even welcomed with a snack basket and champagne in celebration of our upcoming event! The location could not be better. Each morning we were able to walk along Lakeshore Drive and take in the views. We walked to the lake for paddleboarding and beach time too. I would highly recommend this spacious! home

Great location and great host
This place was perfect for our family and friends. We were a family of 5 and fit comfortably. Catherine’s place is newly renovated. Everything was new, extremely clean, and comfortable. We loved how she decorated the place. The house is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. Linens and bed were very comfortable with plenty of throw blankets to go around. Both Catherine and her local host, Edward were amazing and readily available for any questions or concerns. We loved that the property was a 5 minute walk to the private beaches that Catherine provided access to. We highly recommend Catherine’s place and we are looking forward to returning.

Pristine property in perfect location
My family and I had the best time staying at this large condo in Incline and are already looking to book again. The home is newly updated and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The evening walks to the beach and the grassy outdoor areas were our families’ favorite aspects of the property. The home owners and manager were very responsive and made our visit very pleasant. We can’t wait to come back.
