The location is great, right next to the expressway in a quite area
The parking lot could use brighter lightning. One area of the lot the lights were out.

the front desk had horrible costumer services. I also wasn’t informed you had to be 21 or older to receive a hotel room and i couldn’t get a refund even though i paid extra to be able to receive a full refund if needed.

Newer hotel close to American Family Field! Location is right off 894!
They charge a $50 fee for incidentals that you get back if you don’t use! We never have incidentals so don’t appreciate the extra fee.

Bathtub was very slippery. Didn't bring, extra towels after front desk was called. Didn't clean room . Stayed 2 days

Very clean facility and friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities.
We had a handicap room which I needed. The shower drain had a recessed bowl shaped drain which I didn’t notice and consequently I fell when stepping in. Staff was called and they immediately came to help. Suggest they mark this recess drain for future visitors as it was very slippery.

The hotel is new and clean.

The amenities were amazing! everything from the window curtains to the included breakfast! The smart TVs were amazing. Staff was amazing. Room was comfortable. I plan to stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels just about exclusively from now on.

I liked that it was right off the freeway and had good parking. The hotel was clean and felt new. Breakfast had enough items to fill us up. The soap provided in the room was branded and they really made sure that it was reusable.
The concierge desk was mostly empty. No idea of knowing if anyone is there to help us. There were no instructions on how to work the tv in the room. We couldn't connect our device to the tv for streaming. The temperature inside the room was always too hot. The bathroom door would not lock. The pool room was tiny and hot. No microwave in the breakfast room to heat up oatmeal.

Clean room, quiet, new and well-appointed facility, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great experience overall!
There were two small things:
1. The heating/cooling system in our room was finicky and loud.
2. Breakfast lacked healthier options. Most places have oatmeal and a few more fruit options than we found at this location.
