The location is fantastic! The Roof Top Terrace was beautiful as well.
The mattress on the hide a bed was way too thin. I could feel the frame through the mattress. It also seemed short and I am only 5 ft 2 inches.

loved the location, conveniently located downtown CDA, across from the beach, the best park and many trails.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Love this place and will definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment was specious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we would need if wanted to stay in our go out!
The view of the surrounding parking lots weren't ideal, but not a lot you can do about it when it's downtown and more of an urban setting! Otherwise, fantastic place.

The location and customer service were excellent. The property was very nice and comfortable.
I would definitely love to stay here again if it weren’t for the price. Unfortunately, it’s probably a one time thing for us as the price is a little too high.

I loved the room as it was equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (stocked with dishes, utensils, wine glasses, regular glasses, pots and pans, etc.) There were two televisions - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with remotes and television channel listings. The pillows were nice and fluffy, there was a nice big bathtub in the bathroom, and the balcony had a nice view of the mountains and the lake off to the right just a few blocks over. One staff member, Gretchen, was very nice and went above and beyond to assist with little things (restock items in room, special requests).
The couch was rather uncomfortable, but with the nice fluffy pillows, it wasn't bad. There was one employee who did not seem genuine and had a bit of arrogance going on, but I didn't let that bother me. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, who cares. lol

property location is perfect. Unit is very large and has a beautiful view of the water. Love that we could bring our pet with us.
During the summertime it was extremely expensive. Like $500 a night. I’m not sure that it was worth the value. Plus you’re cost does not include using the really amazing facilities like the rooftop hot tub and fire pits that are in the pictures. You have to pay $20 per person extra a day. Should be included for that high of price. Also this information is not clearly stated when booking on Booking.com.

It's a beautiful area and the hotel is perfectly situated. The partial lake view from the couch and balcony s lovely.
The hotel accommodations are ideal.
There's quite a lot of construction noise from the hotel construction next door.

A great location and a very nice building. The room was spacious. A really good choice for a condo in Coeur d' Alene
The parking garage is nice, but a little small. The staff let employees park there and it was a challenge to park my pickup. We had to talk to the staff to find out about this, and they had the employees move their cars. These folks should be parking on the street. We were concerned about using our vehicle and that we might not be able to get into a stall. Additionally, some people parked over the painted lines and used up 2 of the very few options. Staff should remind guests to be considerate in such a tight garage.

Great location right beside the lake. Very modern and clean unit. Large kitchen. Spacious.
High price. Paid pool and rooftop access. Minimal service.

We paid for a Lake View. We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the roof and the park across the street. We were very disappointed!!! We were celebrating our anniversary and live in Spokane. We love Coeur d’Alene. The front desk said that they were booked for the night and couldn’t switch our room. They gave us a couple of wine tumblers and access to the roof.

The noise. Work crews were making noise at 7:45 am.
The lack of towels, wash clothes, etc.
The pull out bed was not at all usable.
There was not a place to pull in and check in. Check in was very confusing.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the washer/dryer combo machine and the dryer nearly burnt the clothes.

Overpriced. the description said it had a view of lake but really just a corner view only from balcony. Priced like the resort but definitely not.
