Good quiet location. Comfortable furniture and beds. Well stocked kitchen.

Our stay was terrible. We received a text about 4 hours after we checked in asking us if everything was ok. We responded that the floors were filthy and even sent a photo of the bottoms of my feet after waking around INDOORS for 2 hours. They were thick with black yuck. We also sent photos of the carpet which was disgusting. The couch was nearly as filthy too. We also asked for additional towels. We go no response for 3 days. Then the property manager called to let us know we had not heard from her because she had been on vacation. She proceeded to be very unprofessional and told us that it was perfectly ok to have floors that dirty and we were being demanding. We explained we had three children, all under the age of three with us and this was not something we were comfortable with. This same property manager told us her four children all under the age of 10 all look like that at the end of the day in her own home. Once again, we explained that this was not reasonable to us and not how we live and certainly not how we want to live in a place we are paying to have a vacation in. A cleaning crew came over hours later and mopped the floors. It was a bit better, but still, carpet was not able to be cleaned while we were there. We finally gave up (never received towels), tired of feeling like we were avoiding the place and making it hard on the babies and we checked out a day early and went home.

Plenty of room for my party of 11. We used the shuttle that ran from 8-5 to carry ourselves and skis to and from the slopes. We were within a short walk to the stores and restaurants. The hot tub was nice and plenty of towels and essentials. Everyone was very nice and made it easy to check in and out.

The townhome was very clean and we had plenty of room for 10 adults / 2 toddlers. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked. The shuttle service was great and the staff was extremely helpful.

We had 9 of us and there was plenty of space, great clean unit with a private hot tub. Would stay here again!

Perfect for the 10 of us! Nobody bumped into each other. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely grounds and great location. Condo was well appointed. Very quiet area. Great lower deck with hot tub and upper deck with seating. Furnishings were very nice. Would definitely stay again!!

This was the perfect place for a family getaway. The pool and property was great for young children.

We spent a week with a group of adults snowboarding on the mountain. The house was large, well appointed and only about a 7 minute walk to the gondola.

Condo was clean and well stocked for most of your cooking needs. Location to the ski hill was awesome walking is an option. Kids loved the hot tub and the condo was very roomy for all of us.

This was a special trip to Steamboat for my family. Our daughter got married at the Flying Diamond Ranch. We rented this unit for 6 days for our family. It was wonderful for the entire time. Weather was perfect, scenery was breathtaking and the accommodations were top-notch. We highly recommend Eagleridge townhomes. The check in process was easy, quick, and the staff was courteous, prompt and very pleasant. I can't say enough about our experience there.

We loved that our entire family could comfortably fit in this townhome. It was well equipped and kept in good condition. It was close to everything. We enjoyed the surrounding nature and even saw a bear! The pool was a nice refreshing option for hot days. We had a family of 10

We were traveling with 8 adults and 4 children 3 and under. It was a wonderful layout. Large kitchen table for us all to share meals and games. The downstairs was perfect for a private place for our family with the young kids.
The swimming pool was perfect for all of us and our private hot tube was a bonus. Some even used the nice gym and sauna in the locker room.
The kitchen was fully stocked. We did bring our own needed spices. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils and dishes. Large refrigerator with ice machine. Gas stove and large oven. Great grill on back deck.
Little warm but expected for end of June/early July. Needed all the provided fans plus the two we brought. Wish we had an umbrella for the deck. The direct sun rays did get hot during the day.
We did need help with the Cable on our first morning. Staff responded and helped immediately.
Loved Steamboat and the house was the perfect location to everything that the town has to offer. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful home, perfect for a family reunion
After the pandemic, our family wanted a place to meet for a reunion that had plenty of outdoor, COVID safe activities, and Steamboat Springs was a perfect place. This unit was beautiful and very spacious! It was perfect for the 11 people that stayed here! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. We ended up bringing many of our own spices and other tools like an Instant Pot, There's plenty of storage space so you can store whatever you need.
It was quite warm when we stayed (high of 85 degrees), so we brought several fans with us. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that the unit was already stocked with several box fans and standing fans, and we only ended up having to use one or two of the fans we brought.
We had a small mishap with the refrigerator/freezer where it would periodically get up to about 10 degrees warmer than it should've been, but maintenance was very responsive and sent people to look at it that day.
With the exception of a few very minor things like one of the stover burners not igniting, this unit was perfect. It was clean with plenty of space for our family to spread out. We definitely would come back again!

Perfect spacing and location! We especially loved the grass in the back for the kids to play and how close the pool was. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation in Steamboat
Great vacation. The townhouse was awesome. incredible location, comfortable, clean, large with all of the amenities. I only wish that they had a Bluetooth player or some form to play music. Otherwise amazing.

BEAUTIFUL AREA
The carpets and throw rugs were not clean, and the blinds were dusty. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed out stay.

We loved it there & of course love Steamboat. I think the carpets needed cleaning & there were a few minor things that could have been fixed, but overall the property is wonderful!

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location.
We spent the 4th of July week here. Kids & 5 grandkids totally enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Blocks away from the base of mountain, trails outside the door & downtown Steamboat less than 5 miles away. Perfect!!

Wonderful stay
This is close enough to the ski resort that you could walk, but with ski boots on its even easier to catch the shuttle that stops literally in front of your door! We loved our stay. Steamboat is just breathtakingly gorgeous. The unit is well appointed and clean. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Grill on deck was a nice plus - we grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks. Staff was also very very helpful - acting as concierges.

A WONDERFUL place for our group!!
We were in Steamboat for just 4 short days and enjoyed our stay at the EagleRidge tremendously. We had plenty of room. Enjoyed the views, comfy beds, hot tub, deck and grounds. We were close enough to walk to the bike path along the Yampa River, and the slopes up the hill. We highly recommend this town home for your next trip to Steamboat!
