The place had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for privacy and yet plenty of room for out family gatherings. Truly enjoyable and beautiful place to stay.

We loved our stay. The front desk and amenities were very nice and it was close to town. We did get to see some moose! Which was very fun.
Only complaint was it wasn’t super super clean, and they ask you to take your shoes off so that wasn’t ideal.

Our group of 9 get together annually for a 4 day ski trip. We have been together since high school or as far back as kindergarten and have been on many ski trips together as we are now in our early 60’s. As a group we agreed this was the best home or town home we have ever stayed in. Everything worked seamlessly for us. The property was a great size. The short walk to the community hot tubs and pool was great. The shuttle at the driveway to and from the hills or on call to town worked excellent. A quick shout out to our shuttle driver Frank. He treated us really well.

We absolutely loved Eagle Ridge 1414! It had everything we needed and more. There was so much room for the 12 of us, and we never felt crowded. The view looks like it’s from a Christmas card and is simply stunning. The shuttle service was easy to use both to the base and to town when we wanted to go shopping or needed to go to the grocery store. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the people at the front desk. It was an amazing experience for our first trip to Steamboat, and we will be back!

We loved this property, quite, perfect location to enjoy the sites of Steamboat Springs. The only issues we encountered, the microwave above the stove did not work (there was a counter top microwave) or the broiler of the stove.

We had a wonderful stay at 1414, our nephew was married at the Steamboat Grand. The condo location was an easy walk to the gondola and our family staying at the grand.

Close to the mountain and a quick ride down the hill to town. We've stayed at EagleRidge a couple of times and really like it's location and finish of the property.

Great location in Steamboat. Beautiful complex with access to (community) swimming pool and hot tub. Responsive management. Minor downside--carpet is quite worn and stained, particularly in basement. Nevertheless would certainly stay here again.

This was spacious and close to everything. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. It was filthy!! The sofa as well. All in all it was a nice stay and we had lots of room for our group of 9

Awesome place, great location, everything a family could ask for
The townhome is huge, spacious, well laid out and full of all the amenities and extras one could want! It's right next to the hot tub and a quick walk to the slopes and several great restaurants. Should you wish to ride the shuttle, it's quick and easy to call for a ride into town or to and from the slopes as well. Our kids loved the ping pong table and bunk rooms as well. Pretty much a perfect place...

Great location and tons of space!
Our family of six had a great time! There was so much space! We definitely could have fit another family! Very clean and great location. Shuttle was also very convenient! Would stay again!

This was the perfect townhome to share and was a great location with regards to the mountain (even though it was not ski time yet). It was also not far to go into town and the grocery store was nearby.

Perfect place!
Perfect location! Size was amazing for our large group. Amenities were great. Super clean and had everything we needed. This place did not disappoint- helped make our time in Steamboat Springs a relaxing time away from home!

Perfect for friends and family
Twelve of us stayed comfortably in this lovely town home for a wedding weekend. The location was convenient -- the mountain base was walkable. The kitchen has all the essentials -- plates, silverware, pots, coffeemaker for a large crowd. We also enjoyed the large patio table. Furnishings were a bit uncomfortable - the couch on the lower level is too small and the sofas on the main level were too deep. I guess Glodilocks won't be staying the night! haha!

Location, weather, activities YES
The condo was perfect for our family of 10 - 5 adults and 5 kids from 11 to 18. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. There was more than adequate kitchen equipment. The pool was just a few yards away. We walked to the resort for mountain biking and coaster activities. It was a great base camp for rafting, fishing, dining and shopping in town and the rodeo. Would choose this condo again

Family vacation
Our family from 4 states, ages 12 - 70 thoroughly enjoyed the property, its location near the pool and walking paths and closeness to Dairy Queen, Wal Mart, grocery store. We were happy to have air conditioning since it was in low 90s all week.

The place was great, had plenty of room for our group. The complex was very accommodating, from early check in to easily scheduled courtesy vans. Will def stay here again.

Great family getaway!
Our family had a great time at this condo over Labor Day. We loved the location—a 15’ walk to the mountain with a nice deck and living area. We’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and very clean! Loved how close the pool and hot tub was to the house. Resort did a great job with social distancing with time scheduling for the pool. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Great place and location
This home is in a great location. It was very clean and has plenty of space for 2 families. Our teens could spread out and we were very comfortable. Thank you to Lauren who took care of us during our stay. She was extremely responsive and helpful to all our requests. We will definitely come back!
