We stayed here for a wedding in Osterville and it was the perfect location! Easy walk to town. The host was very communicative and even went above and beyond after my stay when I couldn't find an item. We had our 10 month old with us and there were a lot of kids toys to use/a changing table.

We stayed in osterville for a friends birthday celebration. It was a perfect oasis away from the big city of Boston but we loved being walking distance to town.
The amenities were everything we hoped for and there were ample towels and bed comforts for everyone! Loved the deck/balcony and the fire pit too!
Would 100% stay again!

Our family had a lovely time staying at this house in Osterville. The layout of the house was family friendly. We enjoyed the decks and had fun using the outside grill. The view of the golf course was very pretty. The house was very clean. When I had questions, Jordan was quick to respond. The house was in a great location and it was very easy to walk to shops (10 min).

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The host was responsive, helpful, and very polite! The house was a great size, in great condition, spotlessly clean, and pretty much exactly as described in the listing.
The only things worth mentioning are that the back door was not able to lock during our stay. We did not bring this up to the host because there was a lot of us there and we didn’t feel unsafe. However, it does say on the listing under safety that all of the doors lock. It is possible that this was our mistake because we were unfamiliar with the house, but we did try multiple times. Also, to no fault of the host, the shopping in the downtown area was not great. The hours of operation for everything nearby were awful- which left us without a plan for some time during the trip. (Just something to keep in mind. Again, no fault to the owner!)
We all felt like we would recommend staying here again and/or staying at another location that the host might own. Thanks so much for having us!!

Loved this area to stay! Just beautiful and perfect location to see Cape Cod. Loved the quaint town of Osterville and you are within walking distance to wonderful home!

Thank you for a great stay! From start to finish, it couldn't have been easier. Jordan was super accommodating and responsive. The house was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the view from the deck. The location is ideal - walkable to town and the beach, public tennis courts, and other nearby attractions. I can enthusiastically recommend it!

This house is very spacious and has lovely views of the golf course. We stayed with our family of young kids and loved the toys and kid-ready vibe.
They do allow dogs and the sofa was covered in fur so be ready for that. The lawn crew on the golf course dries the greens at 5:30am and it is loud but the location is central.

Great place perfect for our labs with fenced in back yard. Everything you needed. Very clean. The AC was not working up stairs but temperature dropped that night and we were very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Stayed with my daughter and a couple of friends. Walked to town for dinner and to the beach as well. Pretty quiet and great location. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would stay again!

We were in town for a wedding and it acted as a great home base for our family. Great kitchen, dining and living room so we were able to have nieces and nephews over for brunch the day of the wedding.

Check in was seamless. The house was exactly as advertised. It had everything you could possibly need. Nice golf course view, great decks. My toddler loved the huge spa tub! Overall it was perfect for us.

Great Rental house in Osterville.
Lovely rental house in a great Osterville location with plenty of room for families. The large family room and kitchen are bright and cheery with large windows looking out on the private deck. The lot abuts the golf course allowing great sunlight into the yard, deck and house. My sister, who lives nearby, hosted Thanksgiving and my husband and I along with our adult kids stayed here for two nights over the holiday which worked out really well for us. The house has many amenities including a well equipped kitchen and a TV in all the bedrooms. Overall a very comfortable house.

The owner was absolutely incredible. He was extremely responsible and proactive! The house is very nice, spacious and fenced in yard and decks were amazing! We cooked a lot mostly grilled. The house is fully equipped with much more than one needs! Beds were very comfortable! We would definitely rent this home again! We give it an A in all aspects! Thank you Jordan for an amazing 3 weeks👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

House was very pretty and the rooms were spacious. We felt it was generally clean however the carpet was pretty stained and we noticed dog hair on the furniture and carpet. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed the view of the golf course.

Beautiful home, ideal location!
My family and I were beyond impressed with this home! Clean, comfortable sleeping arrangements, close to town, shaded deck - it had everything we needed. Jordan was a responsive and accommodating host who was a pleasure to rent from. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Wonderful stay in beautiful neighborhood!
The house was in a nice part of Osterville and within walking distance to town and the harbor. We really appreciated the fact that the house is child/toddler friendly. We would definitely stay again!

117 Parker Osterville Summer of 2021
We thoroughly enjoyed our second year vacation renting this VRBO property. Plenty of room for young adult children and their parents, and comfortable accommodations. We chose it originally in 2020 because of the extra outdoor decks and dining. The fire pit seems to have gotten a little worn, (chipped paint) in the last year, and there was a large shattered window in the family room. Two small broken items were the foot petal on the kitchen trash can, and toilet paper holder in the master bath.
Overall, we love the comfort of the home, the cleanliness, amenities provided were appreciated! The towels and sheets provided were nice quality. We love the view of the golf course, enjoyed coffee, dinner, and pretty sunsets on both upper and lower decks. We would highly recommend this property, and want to return ourselves :)

Photos don't do the house justice!
Our weekend stay at this house was nothing short of amazing. The house was so clean, inviting, and perfect for a larger group. The pictures truly do not do the property justice! Jordan was super responsive the entire time for anything we needed. Location was perfect - so close to the beach and within walking distance to the town center. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Child table between dining and living room. Pool table in living room was great time for the men. Kitchen and supplies more than adequate to prepare hordorves for rehearsal night and wedding day between ceremony and dinner at restaurant. This was a small intimate 25 person wedding and this home so much made all a dream together time . Bedrooms huge!! Especially primary with on suite bath. I keep saying, tons of space!! It rained for the two days but back deck top and first floor and view were nice but we couldn’t use, but all ok cause tons of space inside. In front of kitchen is another room with a table for the teens to hang or to serve the hordorves; ( closet full of games) Downstairs had an excellent flow. Note: this is on a busy street and at an intersection no less, so it was noisy traffic, but only one affected was one front bedroom with queen bed but earplugs resolved. This cape cod house was perfect for our use. Thankyou Jordon.

Such a lovely place to stay at the Cape! So close to everything! The children loved playing on the swing set and in the fenced yard! We enjoyed just walking to town when we didn’t want to cook! Perfect location!
