Lovely environment, especially a great pool. Dinner was excellent. Very friendly and always willing to help. Perfect location to visit Pompeii, Sorrento and Napoli.

Amazing location moments away from the entrance of the site with friendly, helpful hosts. The swimming pool is small but perfect to cool of after a long day sightseeing.

The host was very friendly and made sure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay overall. Gave us all the information that we needed for our stay. Was a short stay for us as we only went to visit Pompeii ruins , but they were incredible how friendly and welcoming they were.They offer dinner at their property, a 4 course meal which I would recommend to try as her cooking is amazing. Very well worth for the money . I couldn’t believe rest of the comments about the food so we decided to eat in so we could try but was well worth the gamble. She is an amazing cook . Would recommend to everyone. And I say that as a good cook myself that cooks homemade meals for my kids on daily basis .

We loved everything about staying at La Villa Franca! The food and hospitality was just amazing! And, it was wonderful jumping in the pool at the end of the day after sightseeing!

We haven't been there to many time to feel any negative experiences. Might railway track is close to the villa. But it's not their fault.

Absolutely sensational. Like staying with your favourite relatives. Giuseppe and Lorena were perfect hosts. The accommodation was clean, exactly as advertised. And the food was exceptionally good. And real value for money. The location in Pompei could not be better - 500m from the Porta Superiore. We couldn’t recommend highly enough.

To be honest, it was pretty much faultless.

This little villa was in a perfect place, for visiting Pompeii and surrounding area. We had a very warm welcome and we could book an evening meal in advance. It was so amazing we booked in again for the second night. The swimming pool looked inviting and I dangled my legs in but a little cold still as only April. Did relax in the sun though with a beer, after a day at the ruins Perfect

Can't think of anything. Some might notice a little noise at times from the train level crossing but we didn't notice it and didn't affect our sleep at all

Great little hotel with nice room, swimming pool, and very friendly hosts. Very well located to visit Pompeii excavations. I would say the relation price quality is very good. They also serve a very tasty dinner with surprise menu with several courses for €25.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it was ok.

The location was perfect for us, a short walk from the Circumvesuviana station right next to a main entrance for the Pompeii site and the train runs to Sorrento in one direction and Herculaneum and Naples in the other so it's very easy to get to those places, it's peaceful in the evenings after the site closes, you can hear the birdsong, and after a long day at the Pompeii site is a very short walk back which was great. Breakfast was generous, good croissants, cereal, probiotic drinks, filled rolls which we took with us when we went out for the day , all good quality. Giuseppe and Rita were very kind and boiled lots of water just for me to indulge my tea habit ! Other things which were appreciated by us was the standard of cleanliness is very high, the bathroom was perfect and the shower had a good strong waterflow and loads of hot water, lots of lovely white towels. The furnishing of the room was simple and the bed was comfy. The nicest thing of all is how genuinely warm and welcoming Giuseppe and Rita are, they will give you information if you need it, Rita will cook amazing Italian food in the evenings if you want to eat there ( I will never forget her Aubergine Parmigiana) and will treat you like a valued guest. My daughter and I had a very happy time there and would love to go back one day.

The train line passes near to the road where the Villa is situated and if you mind a bit of train noise you might not like that but we weren't bothered as we had long full days planned so were happy to get up and get on with our day.

There is a pool in a private yard. Tasty breakfast is served in the yard as well. The personnel was very helpful.

We arrived a bit later, the host was very welcom. We bought wine from there, great, and had a breakfast in the morning.....large buffet with great cappuccino

Was a really good price the rate for the room, clean and comfy with free parking place and large garden terrace. The Breakfast is extra and you have to book it, 5 euro, for a large buffet, really taste. The great thing is the evening meal a real Italian experience with fresh food and great value. I reccomade this place.

The staff was really nice the old man was so nice to us and the small pool area was so nice. It is also a 5 minute walk to the ruins. Also the breakfast is 5 eours and is had all the coffee vairents you expect.

It's called something else on the gate. It was a short walk to the good restaurant So Zen. But if you want more restaurant you have to walk a bit.

Friendly personnel, location is perfect - just minutes from the ruins, train station. In hot days you can chill down in the swimming pool. Free very secure parking.

Wine glasses could be cleaner. Address and name of this property given on confirmation was different than the actual (name and address on confirmation was Love Actually Pompei, address Via Villa dei Misteri 6, 80045 Pompei but when called the property the name was Villa Franca, address Via Diomede 6.). That was confusing...
