Adorable home in a scenic location. Perfect for a beachy weekend with friends or family.

My parents live around the corner. Unfortunatley my father passed away and we needed more space. It worked well for us. My only issue was that we paid for a late checkout and the landscapers came pretty early.

Cute cottage, new bathrooms and windows. There were hair dryers in the bathrooms but that wasn’t listed on the amenities so had to bring one.

Very cute house with plenty of room and everything you need. Plenty of off street parking, back yard. Nice neighborhood

Great little cottage for a weekend trip! Close enough to everything you need. Easy to check in and out. We enjoyed our time here!

Great cozy cottage close by the water. Only downside is no cell service on Verizon and wifi was a bit weak but when the sun is shining and the beach is waiting it really doesn’t matter!

House itself and location were great. Washing machine was broken upon arrival and the management company couldn’t have cared less. Had I been notified beforehand I would have packed accordingly, and I certainly wouldn’t have loaded the machine and added detergent - forcing me to haul the load up two flights of stairs and hand wash in the bathtub (none of which was on my vacation agenda). WiFi was spotty and I had absolutely no cell service. Still had a great vacation, but expected more in terms of functioning amenities and guest service for the cost. Wouldn’t recommend a vacasa property based on this experience, and won’t stay in one again myself.

The house itself was incredible! AC was strong, the space inside was clean and wonderful to spend time in. There's a beautiful view of water and plenty of driveway parking space. The neighborhood was incredibly friendly as well, and as mentioned is a short walk to a beach (not necessarily ideal for swimming since it can be rocky at points, but still great and very close to many other beaches as well). Couldn't have chosen a better place and it was a lovely introduction to Cape Cod. Recommend to all!

The staff were friendly and the rooms and location was very nice.

Although it appears modest, this beautifully maintained cottage lives large. It is always exceptionally clean and the location is amazing: third house from a beautiful beach on the cove. Our three children and dog love coming here and on this trip we brought one of their friends who can’t wait to come back. Bedding enough-for ten, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to cook for your entire crew. Centrally located to the Buzzards Bay beaches like Silver and Monument, right near the bikeway, a short drive to Falmouth proper and the ferry parking to the Vineyard, its location is ideal for an eastern Cape experience. It’s a lovely, peaceful setting without all the traffic or congestion of the central Cape. We’re already planning our next trip!

We have a family of 6 plus a dog, we love the water, shellfishing, swimming, kayaking, biking and just relaxing together. This was a our second visit to Hen cottage and I am currently booking our third. The space is family and dog friendly, very clean and properly appointed and clean. The location is beyond ideal for adventures to several beaches, the Shining Sea Bikeway, Cape Cod Canal and the Vineyard ferry. Sign in in simple, everything you need is supplied and all you need is two minutes to find yourself from the front door to the beach. Enjoy!

Loved my time at this cute cottage. Home was very clean, especially being dog-friendly. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and it really is only a 3 minute walk to beach. Definitely will book again.

We stayed here to go to brewfest and it was a perfect location! Only 15 minutes from the fairground and had beach access at the end of the street for those who wanted to go swimming. It definitely got hot in the house without the windows open, but it was a great spot for the weekend!

Location is great but house is lacking. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved this house! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and linens. We were a party of 5 adults and a dog (black lab). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We all spent a lot of time in the sunroom. Short drive to area restaurants and small markets. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would stay there again.

Our family of five with boys 16,12 and 10 plus our dog had a great stay at this delightful cottage. With much more room than appears on the website, we had space for everyone and the location was absolutely perfection. Quick walk to the beach, beautiful biking and quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to a return!

Home is lovely - very clean and nicely stocked. Super close to the beach. Lot of beds and places to sleep - could easily accommodate 8 people.

It was a little bit musty and I wished it had been aired out but we open the windows right when we got there the only question I have is the second-floor bathroom lights bedroom lights hallway lights did not go on and I couldn’t figure out how to turn them on and the breakers down in the basement didn’t match up with the numbers listed on the piece of paper that was next to them so we didn’t have any light on the second floor. It was a typical beach house nothing fancy but perfect for a stay at the beach! I appreciated being able to log into Netflix through a guest account. That was thoughtful.

Property is very clean and well stocked. The location is wonderful, set next to Hen cove.

Great time. Everything about it was awesome. Highly recommend this property to anyone. The puzzles were very fun as well.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. Close to many different amenities which were needed for all the different interests of our family.

Stairs were steep and carpet was worn . 2 of us slipped down them.
TV’s weren’t easy to use, volume was hard to access. AC was noisy. Home was tight.

The house is immaculate and roomy, with plenty of space so that everyone can have alone time. There is also space for group gatherings in the living room, family room, and the gorgeous yard! You are steps away from the beach, and we went kayaking, swimming, rowing on a dinghy, and birding. The local restaurants are amazing: The Chart Room, The Lobster Trap, and The Landfall and the Flying Bridge in Falmouth were all a part of our amazing vacation! The house includes all the amenities you could want! Stay here!!! You won't be sorry!!
