The beds are very comfortable and much space for a big group travelling. The place is very clean in general and the location is super close to badalona beach and the underground station which is very convenient. There is supermarket nearby as well. The host Natalia is super nice and friendly, I enjoyed communicating with her and she is there to help with all check in and other matters.

We were staying as a group of 11 people. The fact that there are only two showers is a bit inconvenient. The toilet doors on the top floor could not be locked as well which may be a little inconvenient.

A group of 12 of us stayed here and it was the most Perfect location, metro right next door that goes into Barcelona (about 15 mins on the metro) and 5 min walk from lots of shops and the amazing beach that was so much quieter compared to Barcelona. Plenty of beach bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Good value for money and a great place to stay as a group of friends if you’re not too bothered about spending much time in the actual property. Two outside areas which was nice. Host was lovely and great communication via WhatsApp throughout our day.

Beds aren’t very comfortable and we had to ask for a change of towels night 8 into our 12 night stay, however this was arranged the next day when I asked. No change of beds provided. Neighbours complained to us about noise even when a couple of us were talking on the terrace at 2pm. Luckily we were never in the property of an evening/night because we were exploring but this is not the place if you plan on making any noise or playing any music at any point in the day. With being on holiday this could’ve been very annoying, but luckily as I said we were hardly in the property. 2 bathrooms were a little inconvenient with the amount of us but we knew about that before booking.
