There were a lot of families and small children and sometimes the noise around the pool was unbearable

exceptional staff. spacious bedrooms lots of storage clean & tidy.

bit dark in the evening near the pool toilets padded cushions on sunbeds would be lovely

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff all very obliging, food very good , also two special restrictions you want a change we only visited the Asian one but was very nice. all inclusive drinks very good not cheap branded ones I like G&T and enjoy Larios in spain and that is what I got 😊also lovely wine and cava available too, not forgetting the beer for hubby ! Not too crowded either at poolside and plenty of sunbeds for all , although people still feel the need to reserve with towels 🤷‍♀️🙄 Entertainment was good on all 5 night we were there. Only small thing a didn’t like, there isn’t really an area to have s decent swim although the pool is very lovely I explain in dislikes below…. All in all a fabulous hotel and would recommend fabulous for families with small children plenty ice cream’s during the day 😀😀

it might be an idea for the management to only allow people who love to swim in outer area, or perhaps adults only , there are too many kids hanging around in floats etc. or like they do in swim lanes where you just keep moving all the time …… just a thought 🤔

The choice of food for lunch and dinner was a bit poor.

Great choice of hot and cold buffet for breakfast and dinner. Daily activities were well organised. Entertainment was good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms clean and comfortable. Perfect location. A lovely gesture was the birthday cake delivered to our room

Although the pool was good, it is requiring some repairs/maintenance to the outer circle 😔 which no doubt will be carried out during the winter months

not really a criticism but the hotel is really geared up for families not enough entertainment for adults, the entertainment was not to my taste

The pool with current outside the big main pool. Also baby water park with safe rides for my baby boy. Nice Mojitos in reception Bar from Lola, thank you Lola.

The food was very bad, very cheap low quality food and not tasty or quality food. NO good steakhouse, thanks God a few chiringuito was outside the hotel with normal quality food but ofcorse a bit overpriced after paying 'All Inclusive deal' at the hotel so expensive and food was so bad we had to buy outside , such a shame.

it has a very classy feel to the hotel from the moment you walk through the door

There was no facility to borrow an iron, we were told we would have to pay for a laundry service to have clothes ironed but we needed to iron at that moment and it wasn’t possible so we had to wear creased clothes.

I waiting little bit more , for me this hotel maximum 4stars. The wellness SPA we just can USE one time 1,5 hours. The outdoor pool and area is very beauty but so so many people, and 7:00 morning starting The fight for The sunbed. The Personal is Amazing good and Friendly , making all what You need. But I have missing feeling. And I waiting little bit more for 500EUR/night/hot tube suite. All inclusive. The Beach area not have Bar… etc .. etc…

Very nice hotel, very clean, attentive and helpful hotel staff, air conditioning in the dining room and reception as well as the bedroom, entertainment at the pool bar on the evenings pretty reasonable and mini club worked well for my daughter even though at 10 3/4 years old she was probably the oldest, location next to beach and pools including the lazy river. Buffet was excellent in the main dining room, lots of choice, all tastes catered for and generally a theme every evening, including Mexican, Moroccan, Italian, Indian, Chinese.

one of the entertainments Calle 54 used a very loud backing track and this seemed unnecessary as well as being too loud. The swimming pools have different aspects but no slides and no areas just to swim up and down, and would probably benefit from being a bit larger. This would be a wothwhile improvement but the pools were perfectly adequate. Sunbed reserving was a bit of an issue and this was absolutely the Brits in the hotel who were responsible for this.

The swimming pools are excellent- tons of fun and perfect for children to play in. The breakfast was very nice. Dinner was good but not great - I would have preferred to see paella or similar on Spanish night. Room comfortable with lovely view. Very close to the beach but hotel does not provide guests lounge chairs on the beach. Local shopping and eateries were fun. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Evening entertainment was hit and miss.

This 5-star hotel had only excellent location – it was possible to reach the beach directly from the hotel areal. The services, meals, room equipment and appearance were good enough, but not at the level of 5-stars hotel in my opinion.

Unfortunately, this 5-stars hotel is excellent proof that 5-stars quality of rooms, service, pools, and staff in countries like Turkiye and Dubai are a thousand miles ahead of hotels located at the shores of southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy). The pool with green film on the white pool tiles every evening manually cleaned by lifeguards, the beach with charged sunbeds, the meals of average quality... definitely, not worth paying such an amount of money for this formally proclaimed 5-stars hotel.

Stay away from this Hotel not 5 star

Not even close to a 5 star Hotel should be 3 star ! I asked at the bar at 22.45pm for a bottle of water to buy in order to take it to the room. The women told me we don’t have water take a free glass behind the bar. I said I need water and she told me buy at the street. Further no service at the bar lobby for drinks . You got to got to the bar and wait in a row. Rooms totally done . TVs like 15 yrs ago no HD very small 30inch . Mini bar not filled up. I mean simple charge money but wholly crap fill up. I had no water in the room at my 2 nd night and super market were closed ! Bathroom awful totally old and done since many years . Honestly @booking send people and check at ur own . Please please if you are looking for a 5 star hotel stay far away. If you are used to 3 star hotel it may fit you . Dinner breakfast well if you use to very cheap food it might be ok but for sure not what you would expect of 4 or 5 star hotel . Pool area pool is not well maintained as tiles in the water are full of dirt .

The breakfast had everything you would want. The food at all meals was excellent.
