This house has to have one of the tallest crows nests in the neighborhood! It was so beautiful especially at night. Unfortunately the deck is old so we were very cautious with the outside railing. Also the lowest deck was dirty/a little rotted/lots of nails sticking out and there was water leaking from what we came to find out (my husband is handy) the AC spillover tray in the attic. So we had water dripping down all levels of deck the majority of our stay. When we arrived, the deck had not been cleaned so there was food left behind from the previous renters. Would be nice to add an outdoor rug to the outdoor space and add it to the cleaning list! Another POSITIVE was that it was an easy walk to the beach and we loved how quiet it was on the west side. Note about the canal: with low tide there is no water and high tide it’s still not very deep, plus it’s barnacle and black muck so you cannot use the canal much. We did kayak which was lovely! Until I got stock in low tide which was my fault completely. The house was a good size for our group. Minimum required bedrooms for two families and max amount of space to hang for two families! We were all comfortable. All in in all this house fit our needs and we didn’t spend much time in it. We probably won’t come back unless the outdoor space was updated!

We love Ocean Isle and have been going for 33 years. We love the set up and location of the property. Lots of room and different decks to go to. It could have been a little cleaner but other than that, we absolutely loved it! Rob was fantastic and very fast with any questions I had. Thanks so much!!

An easy walk to the beach even with young children. It was nice that there was a wagon at the house to use. Kitchen could have used a cookie sheet or larger sheet pan with edges. Need sharper knives. Overall a pleasant stay and would rent again.

Hello the sheets had spots on them and the comforters had spots as well and they were not fresh

Overall wonderful experience.

We had reservations at the mountains, but with a large snow storm (14" of snow and -7 degree weather) we contacted Rob and in less than 24hrs he allowed us to reserve with him and accommodated our plans! He was quick to reply and very easy to work with! The house was so nice and very peaceful! We so enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

The Latitude Adjustment gave my family a true respite from the daily grind of 9-5. We loved the beach house on the canal. The views were breathtaking. My brother told me to keep this house on the list of favorites. I hope to get back next year.

This was our first time visiting OIB and was the perfect location! Quick walk to the beach, Plenty of room for our family with amazing sunrise & sunset views from the deck. Check in was delayed due to the cleaning crew running behind and we could tell they rushed. Property manager responded quickly to our needs which was awesome. Overall great stay and nice place I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Check in was at 4 & we got to ocean isle early so we we’re dying to get in the house but the person cleaning the house didn’t finish cleaning until 4:15 & left dishes in the dishwasher for us to put away, 15 minutes doesn’t seem like much but when you have 5 kids ready to go in it seems like forever. We were a little disappointed that not all of the bedrooms had TV’s & there wasn’t much lighting in the kitchen but those were really the only negatives. The kayaks were so much fun & the AC stayed cool which is almost impossible to have at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Latitude Adjustment is on a beautiful street with the creek/canal in the back. Just a short walk to the beach access. House was well stocked, linens were great, and the property manager was very responsive. Having a fenced-in area for our little one to play was VERY helpful. Adding the golf car was worth it to get around the island.

We really enjoyed our visit! Close to the beach, great location and a perfect house. The only negative was the trash bins were full when we arrived and trash pick up was days away, but the property manager responded quickly.

Overall, this house was a great fit for my group: easily slept 14 people, lots of room for people to not feel cramped and a great distance to beach (I love being on the inner coastal). I wish there had been some more lighting in the great room and the thermostat didn't go below 70- so it got warm as the sun rose throughout the day. But all in all a great place to stay!

Overall the property was good. Emailed the property manager about renting the golf cart that is on the property but was told it was rented already. No one ever came to use it while we were there so I’m not sure if it’s just not available for rent?? Dock is good to fish off of when the tide it coming in with floats only due to the oyster beds. Just needs repair on one side of the dock. It fit our family perfectly and we love the location. Definitely considering it again. Lots of space.

Great house, great location! Had a few issues but they were promptly resolved by management. Our only recommendations are a ceiling fan on the porch and a new king mattress downstairs. If you have back issues, don’t sleep there!! We would gladly stay here again!

Latitude Adjustment is just what we needed. Great communication with property management and very clean house. Location is very close walk to the beach and right on the river/canal. We rented golf carts for travel on the island and made beach chair drop off a breeze. Very quiet location not on main street. Sunsets and sunrise from the top deck were truly beautiful. We had Everyone had a great time and we all relaxed and enjoyed the beach every single day. Thanks to the property managers for making the stay so easy and relaxing. We will be back!

The property was clean, updated, and conveniently located. The property manager was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The full time neighbors were friendly and the street was quiet. Definitely would recommend this property.
