We loved the location to the Greenbelt. The view of the Boise river is really pretty and a great place for morning coffee.

.We absolutely loved the location for what was a perfect stay in Boise. The proximity to great food, fun, and the Greenbelt exceeded every expectation. When we weren’t out and about, sitting right on the green belt enjoying a local beer was the best.
Wonderful amenities, community, and communication from the property manager. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was in the perfect spot, and with the availability of 2 bikes we didn’t even rent a car. We biked all over town and up and down the Greenbelt. At night, we enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the river. During the day, the surfers were fun to watch. iTrip made the whole experience smooth and easy and was very helpful with suggesting restaurants. Thank you! Hope to visit again!

Perfect location for a quick trip up to Boise to participate in the Triathlon on the Greenbelt. The sitting area out front was perfect for people, watching and taking in the beautiful scenery!

We had a great time during our stay at the Surf Park Place! It was a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. The host was responsive and the place was clean and just as expected. Would definelty stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Surf Park Place! The property was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location on the river was a bonus and we enjoyed walking to the local coffee shop in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Once settled, this place was quite enjoyable and close to so many interesting things to see and do - walk and drive. The place is nicely appointed and works well for two. There’s quite a lot of activity right out the door and it was fun to participate or lounge on the patio and watch. If there was any noise at night, we didn’t hear it. We loved the place.
The directions provided by the management company to the property are outdated. Instead, go to W Chinden and take 35th toward the river. The very large, walk thru Wave gate can be seen as you approach. You can park there against the chain link fence to the right, just outside of the Wave Gate. Once you walk thru the gate, you’re super close to the VRBO, which faces the river.
Note please there are wasp nests on the property. The place above has a giant nest that should be removed. We bring protection for our allergic traveler, but others might not.

Very good location
Very nice place for 2 on the greenbelt. Close to restaurants and outdoor activities. Parking is a little challenging, but overall a very good property and experience.

This is a lovely little one bedroom apartment right off of the riverwalk in Garden City. The location is fantastic, close to everything and you can watch the kayakers and surfers play in the wave all hours of the day and in all sorts of weather. The unit is tidy and nicely furnished too!

Near perfect! The place is right on the Boise River Greenbelt with bicycles. Beautiful and quiet.
The only negative mention would be the buzzing noise when the bedroom heat was turned on.

We loved our time at Surf Park Place! Beautiful views, right on the Greenbelt. The accommodations were clean and cozy. We enjoyed walking just down the path and having lunch and drinks at Lucciano’s Cafe. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location! Delightful town.
This spot is perfect for the couple who wants to get to know Garden City in Boise. Each morning I could hear the river just across the path. The bed was nice, the bathroom is roomy and the seating is comfortable even though it looks minimal in the photos.
Don't plan on cooking since there are some spectacular places to each within a 5 minute walk.
On the downside, they need to invest some money in their pillows. There are plenty of pillows on the bed but they are all FLAT! It made me wonder how many years they have been around. They should provide a fan or install a ceiling fan for those guests that needs more circulation and the heat pump in the bedroom squealed so we didn't use it.
On the plus side, we were greeted by a pumpkin and a mum outside our door. They left us coffee, a bottle of wine and some healthy treats.
I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Garden City! Can’t wait to go back and visit. Our son goes to Boise State so we
plan on many more adventures at your facility. Great people watching from the porch and location is perfect. Looking forward going back soon.
