No parking, firm bed, low water pressure in the shower. Very nice location. Nice place for two people

Condo was as expected in a desirable location; easy biking or walking distance for exploring with restaurants nearby.

Great Stay-cation. Only live about 45 minutes away but sometimes its nice to get away and check out local activities that you don't always get the chance to. This property is right on the river across from Whitewater Park. Just as described. 5 Star rating but 2 things....... 1) they need to get a full sized coffee maker. I mean, $20 at Walmart. This one is small and if there are 2 of you, you'll be making several pots. 2). College dorm fridge, works fine for the little food we had but the ice is horrible. Freezer needed to be defrosted and the ice cube trays are so small, it literally takes 1 tray to fill one glass. So bring a cooler for your own ice. A table top ice maker would be ideal. Still gets 5 stars for me and I will be back......

We loved the location to the Greenbelt. The view of the Boise river is really pretty and a great place for morning coffee.

Perfect for a quick getaway. Amazing river front location. Watch the locals surf or have a drink at the nearby market. House was clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

.We absolutely loved the location for what was a perfect stay in Boise. The proximity to great food, fun, and the Greenbelt exceeded every expectation. When we weren’t out and about, sitting right on the green belt enjoying a local beer was the best. Wonderful amenities, community, and communication from the property manager. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great 1 bdrm on the Riverwalk Clean and comfortable

Perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors, ride bikes, walk to local Italian cafe, winery and experience the surf park. Very close ride to local restaurants and downtown.

This was exactly what I wanted when coming to visit my son for the weekend. The place was nice and clean and right by the Greenbelt. Perfect for taking morning walks.

Location is great and the place is nice and clean. Very comfortable with amazing views and bicycles to go riding up and down the river and greenbelt. I'll stay here again for sure!

This was in the perfect spot, and with the availability of 2 bikes we didn’t even rent a car. We biked all over town and up and down the Greenbelt. At night, we enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the river. During the day, the surfers were fun to watch. iTrip made the whole experience smooth and easy and was very helpful with suggesting restaurants. Thank you! Hope to visit again!

Perfect location for a quick trip up to Boise to participate in the Triathlon on the Greenbelt. The sitting area out front was perfect for people, watching and taking in the beautiful scenery!

We had a great time during our stay at the Surf Park Place! It was a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. The host was responsive and the place was clean and just as expected. Would definelty stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Surf Park Place! The property was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location on the river was a bonus and we enjoyed walking to the local coffee shop in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Clean, convenient, great location. Restaurants, music, biking, and even floating down the river!

Once settled, this place was quite enjoyable and close to so many interesting things to see and do - walk and drive. The place is nicely appointed and works well for two. There’s quite a lot of activity right out the door and it was fun to participate or lounge on the patio and watch. If there was any noise at night, we didn’t hear it. We loved the place. The directions provided by the management company to the property are outdated. Instead, go to W Chinden and take 35th toward the river. The very large, walk thru Wave gate can be seen as you approach. You can park there against the chain link fence to the right, just outside of the Wave Gate. Once you walk thru the gate, you’re super close to the VRBO, which faces the river. Note please there are wasp nests on the property. The place above has a giant nest that should be removed. We bring protection for our allergic traveler, but others might not.

Very nice place for 2 on the greenbelt. Close to restaurants and outdoor activities. Parking is a little challenging, but overall a very good property and experience.

This property was a joy to stay in and it was convenient to walk to a lot of cool places.

Will stay here again.

This is a lovely little one bedroom apartment right off of the riverwalk in Garden City. The location is fantastic, close to everything and you can watch the kayakers and surfers play in the wave all hours of the day and in all sorts of weather. The unit is tidy and nicely furnished too!

Enjoyed bike riding along the river to beautiful parks, points if interest and downtown. Great getaway :) Thanks for the snacks too. Couldn’t have picked them better myself!

Loved greenbelt location and river view. Easy for temp living for work.
