Thank you for the complimentary Prosecco and chocolates. Facilities were excellent and equipment for cooking most suitable for a group of 6.

The downstairs bathroom was considered slippery and a bit dangerous....our age group is 65 to 75 We were able to remedy the water that spilt over the bath edge with the extra towels. A handrail would help.

Excellent building. Great view of the valley. Very well set up and modern appliances

Furniture was very uncomfortable.

The water pressure seems to struggle to go up at the 3rd story toilet

Very nice location with a great view

Washing Machine was not working properly. Had to run it two times to get the cloths washed and dryer was super noisy. A/C remotes had very weak batteries and was not user friendly (Tried to set the timer, but did not work with heating).

very nicely equipped and fitted out apartment with fantastic views. Comfortable beds, high quality towels and linen. It had everything that we needed for a short stay.

There were no blankets in the downstairs bedrooms and it was definitely going to be cold down there once the temperature dropped

One toilet not working. Dishwasher fell out of cavity and hurt my foot.

The town house was lovely and the supplies were great. We feel the place could have been cleaned better as the stair were very dusty. The timer deck had a mat covering holes in the timber, which was very dangerous and the lovely large windows needed to be cleaned. A comfy lounge suite would have been better then what we had.

The neighbour was rude and you were not allowed to talk out on the deck.

The property is absolutely stunning! Located at the top of a hill, you get the best view of the whole town. The facilities are very clean, there is multiple spa baths plus one on the balcony! Honestly couldn’t recommend this property enough, from the fireplace to the bedding everything was perfect. Close to Falls Creek and many other surrounding towns, this is the perfect place and we will definitely be coming back.
