The building, garden and room were lovely. The room in particular was individualistic and impressive,if a little dark. The breakfast was excellent.Dog walking available along the Lot.

It’s disappointing that there is no evening food provision. After a very long journey I didn’t feel like a further drive to a restaurant. Local bakery and regional produce shops close by.

Booked at very short notice and was the only guest which probably inconvenienced my hosts, but they could not have been more welcoming or more helpful. Lovely people. Lovely place.

Stayed twice and both times in the same room, so not sure if applicable in other rooms, but would prefer a proper shower. Not a bath with shower cord. Only gripe, but it wouldn’t stop me recommending the place or staying there again, evenin the same room. We love the place!

Amazing place, we loved the pool, the staff, the breakfast and the vibe. Perfect location for our needs, and it was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day. The host even booked us a restaurant. Would recommend!

Piscine

You're never sure what something is like, when you book online but once again we were very pleasantly surprised with this place. From start to finish a great stay. Enthusiasm of the owners, attention to detail, a great breakfast and great value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like other than perhaps that we were unable to stay a second night.

Looking out on lovely garden and pool (sadly no time to try) with pink hippo and other sculpture! pleasant room. open air breakfast with excellent croissant in the sunshine was enjoyable. Manager made helpful suggestion for dinner.

Difficult to access when we arrived, everything locked and a phone number to ring which no one answered. Finally walked round to the hairdressers seemingly next door although it turned out to be connected and all was well, thought we might have to find somewhere else for the night which would have been very annoying as we had already paid. Suggest that the notice should direct one to the hairdressers as well as giving a phone number to ring. Bathroom very nice but no shower screen/curtain or high level fixing for telephone shower.

The accommodation surpassed our expectations. It was clean and fresh. The 'host' was friendly and welcoming. The pool was just what we needed. We would definitely stay again. The only minor problem was that the SatNav took us to the wrong place, but the people there were kind enough to re-direct us.

The grounds were lovely. The room was just as described. It was quiet, but there didn't appear to be anywhere close by to eat, which was fine as it happens.

Great accommodation, lovely pool and great hosts! Both Denis and Matthieu made us feel very welcome and looked after us well and with great humour. After a long days drive from the UK, a lovely cold beer and a swim is just the ticket. We enjoyed a lovely platter of cold meats with some exceptional Biodynamic wines, whilst sat with beautiful views of the pool and tranquil surrounding area. The Town of Cahors nearby is beautiful and very worth a visit, but sadly we didn’t have the time! The room was beautifully decorated and most comfortable!
