Nice stay. It was clean with a nice shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The location is very nice- it's right on the pedestrian mall. One last thing- it is a very small room.

First of all, this is not a hotel and should not be labeled as one. At a hotel I expect staff and other amenities. The pictures I saw online did not match the room I was given and I had no idea I was given a studio room. The room was small, but clean. Bed was too soft and the TV remote case was broken. Since there was no staff there was no one to tell. The location area is run down and not many stores or restaurants were open. Not a worthwhile stay at all. We were so disappointed we ended up leaving all together. This place was not worth the price.

Great location and price. The unit was very clean and the AC kept the room cool at all times. A block away from the Saturday farmers market! I booked on a weekend where there were no concerts at the Jefferson Theater. The internal hallway can echo so if you are noise sensitive at night you may want to bring earplugs in case of late night / early morning neighbors. All in all, would certainly stay there again.

We LOVED this location and being able to just walk outside for all the restaurants and activities. Just beautiful as C'Ville always is - :-). Great room-- we will be back if in town!!

We so enjoyed the location, vibe and ease of staying here. We booked it as a honeymoon suite for our son and his new wife. So close to everything and hosts made it so easy to come and go! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the hole-in-the-wall size of the hotel mixed with upscale design. On floor 3, we felt comfortable nested above the bustle of the mall, without being removed from the pulse of it. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect 5/5 for cleanliness is the unaddressed wear & tear on the walls and furniture. If they wanted to up their game, they could focus more effort on keeping the white walls clean & painted. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Great Location
This is located right in downtown pedestrian area, yet was very quiet inside the room! Literally restaurants next to you and tons to walk to. Would recommend!

Simple and Awesome
The room is small (but spacious bathroom), simple and wonderful! It looks out on the mall and is center to a vast array of eating options. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and couldn't have been happier.

The Perfect Little Stay
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Jeff Hotel. You cannot beat the location, overlooking the mall and a quick step to restaurants, breweries, stores and the Farmer’s Market. The room is perfect, impeccably decorated with a very comfortable bed, large television, modern bathroom and plush towels. The two complimentary parking passes were a bonus adding to the convenience of our stay. We come from Massachusetts to visit our student at UVA several times a year and we agreed the Jeff Hotel will be our go to every time from now on.

The location is great. Bed was comfortable. The room was dirty. There was trash under the bed. The glasses were dirty. The bathroom was okay but the toiletries holders at the sink and in the shower were rusty and paint chipping away. There was no door for the shower and the door to the bathroom itself was off of it track so huge gap. Privacy was not an option.

Overnight Stay
Location is amazing... Right in the middle of the outdoor mall area. literally just feet away from restaurants and entertainment. Was only in town for the night and it worked out perfectly for us. Thanks!

Great place to stay in a great location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a short getaway to attend a show at the Jefferson Theater and was a great location for that. We enjoyed strolling along Main Street (closed to cars) and enjoyed the restaurants and shops along it. A trip to Montecello and we had the perfect play to stay for it all.

The room and decor
Loved the overall design of the space.
As we are both in our seventies ( fortunately in good shape) were surprised by not being notified that there were three flights of stairs to negotiate. Ok for us but may be a problem for others.

What a great find!
We always always always try to find an alternative to "that big chain hotel out on the edge of town in between the Denny's and the Ford dealership". This place checked all the boxes for us. Easier check-in than a "regular" hotel, free parking, GREAT location. Very cool find. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Couples Get A Way Spot
The space was perfect! All the amenities, even a clothes steamer! No need to even bring shampoo or body wash, it's all there! Plus our room happened to over look the mall from the 3rd floor. Such a cute little set up with the black and white painted floors in the halls, the artwork etc! If I had to add anything, a mini fridge would be great!

Great location within the pedestrian mall
Small but clean and updated room with a modern shower. Check in is not until 4 pm but we were able to request an early check in (by 30 mins) from the owner without much difficulty. Steps away from restaurants and performance venue in the pedestrian mall! Would absolutely stay here again.

Be sure the stairs are no problem for you. We had to climb 3 floors with luggage on a very hot day. The place was very small with one room and bath. I would have preferred tojust get a regular hotel room. It is located on the mall which is nice.
