The decor, the room was decorated very tastefully and the bathroom was fabulous, the breakfast was spot on!and the location was a great recommendation for the wedding we attended.

Its a pub on one of the roads in and out of the town so there was some traffic noise but thats to be expected.

It’s beautiful and charming, the food was great and the atmosphere was lovely. We loved our stay and it felt quite luxurious! We are definitely going to stay again.

Lovely toiletries and other stylish touches

Trying to negotiate the fire escape stairs and getting past all the empty beer barrels in the morning with my case and laptop bag - was a bit tricky for me but am sure others wouldn't find it an issue.

Ate at restaurant upon arrival. Excellent food and great price. Sampled the locally brewed lager which was great. Really quaint bedroom lots of character. Would highly recommend this place for locality and value for money

A family get together so we booked three rooms. So lovely to see a thriving busy pub. Right in the centre of Melbourne. Plenty of parking on the road or opposite the church. Quieter the first night as during the week though obviously Friday night had more noise in the rooms from the pub downstairs. Great warm shower rooms with quality towels and toiletries. Very impressed with the oat milk sachets for the coffee/tea and generous stock of sachets for same.

It's a shame that breakfast isn't an option at the moment.

Rooms are warm, cosy and confortable and the location in the village is central, although in a quiet area.Staff were very friendly.highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms! And lovely finishing touches like the bamboo toothbrush which was brilliant as I had forgotten to pack mine.

It was so hot, there was a fan in the room but it just didn't help. The windows were too small to have any breeze. I know this isn't the hotels fault but I didnt get any sleep at all.

Lovely comfy room, beautifully decorated with top notch toiletries and refreshments. Friendly staff, great bar, make sure you book for the restaurant as very popular, food was delicious. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
