Quiet and beautiful beach. No issues at all with condo. Very clean and was perfect for our stay.

This condo is definitely a rental only. There is no way the owners would stay here. The closet in the front bedroom needs drywall work, the shower doors in the back bedroom all but fell off many times, and the drip pans on the store were so bad that one of them caught on fire the first morning we were there. The Vacasa rep brought us new drip pans that we had to replace.
The beach is really nice and so is the area. Will go back to this area but will stay in a different complex.

We took my 86 yr old grandma to see the emerald Coast and we all enjoyed it. It was easy and great for her to get in and out of the condo. The bed for get was comfortable and so grateful for the walk in shower she could use! Clean and the kitchen had everything we needed!

The location of this unit is just perfect! Steps, STEPS from the pool and the short boardwalk to the ocean is on the other side of the pool.
The bed size is better than most condos. No twin beds or bunk beds for adults trying to stretch out. The in-unit laundry was the cherry on top! TWO full bathrooms. Seriously... we love this condo and will book again!

This condo was perfect for me and my friends. It was right on the beach & had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only negative was that our check-in was at 4:00, but the cleaning people did not get done until close to 5:00. Besides that, this condo was perfect.

There was a lot to like about our stay: ac worked great, good water pressure, squishy comfortable beds with enough pillows, easy to load/unload car, great access to pool and beach, pool cleaned daily, someone puts out umbrellas and chairs on the beach daily for vacasa, and there were plenty of shower towels.Things we didn't like: no one would answer our questions through vrbo messaging so we had to call in every time, the outdoor light needs to be fixed, it was a bit confusing finding the condo at 2am, we had an entry code emailed to us which happened to be different than the one we were sent by text so we had a hard time entering for our 2am arrival which wasnt fun, luckily vacasa answered with a few minutes by phone and got us fixed, the kitchen light would go off on its own after awhile(like it overheated or something), wall light switches do not control ceiling fans, stove was outdated and needed to be cleaned under the burners, there was cheetoh dust under our bed, wouldve liked beach towels, salt and pepper, a better couch. Our stay was only Thursday- Sunday and we received an email, a text, or a call from vacasa every single day, ridiculous, i felt harassed. It was okay for a few days

Overall the condo is nice and the pool access is great and right in the beach! It sleeps 8 people comfortably. However this condo had a cockroach issue. Killed quite a lot of pests and found a HUGE roach that came from the master bedroom, not to mention in the bathrooms ( both of them) , in the silverware drawer and crawling the cabinets . Called the people over the condo and their response was get some spray and we will reimburse you bc they couldnt spray while we were there. We will not be staying here again unfortunately due to the bug issue .

It’s a beautiful condo, steps away from the pool & a walk way to the beach with beach-chairs & an umbrella. That was the best part of the trip/ condo. Very convenient. The beach was nice & clean. Well when night falls that’s when it became a nightmare. The roaches was every where . Baby roaches crawling on all our groceries. Had to throw everything away . One morning woke up to a falling ceiling in the kitchen from water from the second floor’s toilet running all night. So yap more things got ruined from the water on the counter.

Showers were not clean, hair in them. Walls and curtains were dirty. Roaches in kitchen and bathrooms. Air conditioner kept freezing and 4 days later repair man came at 9:00pm. Do not recommend.

When you save all year to go on vacation, you don’t expect roaches as you walk in the condo. Light/fan don’t work on the wall switch, and the beds are older than heck. Dryer doesn’t work and eyes only work on high on the old nasty stove. Reported roaches, they came and sprayed two days later while we we’re cooking our breakfast. This condo is old and needs updated badly. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been, at what we pay for a cleaning service. It’s was close to the beach and the pool was nice. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did this week. So, look elsewhere. Don’t stay here.

Convenient to pool area. Condo has roaches, called Vacasa their fix was its an HOA issue.
Not enough utensils or pans, no plastic cups to take drinks to pool area (only glass and not many)

I loved how easy it was to access the beach and beach service. The washing machine unit was very helpful. I was surprised that no washcloths was in the unit but provided plenty of towels. We did see a few bugs early in the mornings. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything we needed. The walls could had used a good wash. Other than that the unit was very clean. We loved being right next to the pool but hated that we didn't see the ocean from our patio.

Super easy access unit. Clean and comfortable. No beach view from room (as expected) since pool area is right out the door of the patio but the beach is right behind that area. You can actually walk around the pool and look over to check the beach out. This unit made having a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old super easy. I cooked burgers and ran back and forth to the pool to serve. No elevators or lugging needed items around. Super chill and easy unit. I was expecting the pool area close by to be loud but it was surprisingly quiet. Also, the 2 beach loungers and umbrellas provided by the property made things easy when at the beach. My family of 4 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed the place.

We stayed at this location mainly due to convenience since I have a 3 month old baby with us. Being able to stay on the ground floor and walk out the front door to the parking lot and the back door right to the pool and to the beach is what made me book this room.

The condo not only looked clean, but it smelled clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. We were right by the pool and just a few feet from the beach. Vacasa supplied chairs and a beach umbrella. They also checked in a couple of times to make sure we were doing OK. Very good service.

The pool location made going to and from swimming with children so easy (no dragging huge bags of snacks and toys for the kids, convenient for going back to the condo for bathroom breaks) that we spent more time there than at the beach. The times we were on the beach were equally wonderful, the beach service personnel were helpful and friendly, and the weather was nice enough in October to enjoy the water and sand. Grocery/meal delivery is readily available if you subscribe to those services online, and we had an overall relaxing trip. This is a great property for families and located nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions.
