The place was a bit dated. But… everything was comfortable and clean. Juan was so communicative. The pool was excellent. We will def come back!

This home was delightful and our family had an incredible vacation on Marco staying here! The pool was warm, the home clean and well stocked, and Juan was great to work with. We hope to stay here again next year :)

First off the owner was amazing and very helpful for any questions we had . The house was priced right . Some things in the house are very outdated. The couch in the one living room was not able to be used because the cushions slid all over the place. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. Issues with some of the tvs working in the bedrooms. We also had a some Issues with the pool there was no net in the filter . However if you're looking for a affordable place with a owner who is very responsive I would recommend this place

I really loved this property, id love to have a property just like it. literally as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The property is SO spacious there were 8 to 10 of us on and off throughout our week stay. We range in ages from 4-50 years old. We have stayed a plenty of vacation rentals before and this one was truly a GEM!. There were more then plenty towels , plates, pots pans and cups. At previous rentals we had to purchase these things just to accommodate everyone. It was very clean. The master bed room!!! I loved the dock my children and myself outside of swimming every night, we went fishing and caught a lot of blue catfish. There were items already provided to go to the beach, ie: chairs, life jackets, cooler. Juan the property owner impeccable customer service, very friendly and responsive felt like I was talking to a friend. The house was centrally located to all the activities I booked. Most of all the last night before we had to say goodbye :( , Juan set us up with a boat excursion to watch the sunset , although it clouded over we went to Keewaydin Island. Beautiful! The captain of the boat Roger is a really great guy, helping us find shells, trying to catch fish with the kids, walked us out on the gulf which was only knee deep for what seemed like forever. Dolphins playing in the wake of the boat. All of it was perfect, next time I would definitely stay longer, Nobody was ready to go. I really appreciate that Juan keeps his property up. Having a inviting comfortable place to stay and have family time really can make all the difference.

This property suits our three-generation family. All couples have a private bathroom and the pool is the BIG draw for us. The 1/2 bath on the lanai is a plus too. The property is well maintained. The owner readily admits it is dated but everything works, the linens are plentiful/clean, the house is clean, big screen TV, Wi-Fi, etal. It is located near Mackle Park which has a terrific playground and you can get equipment in the office by just leaving your id to ensure the equipment is returned. The property is a short ride to the beaches and the Naples Zoo. The park and zoo are big hits with the grandchildren and us adults. Juan is great to work with and is accommodates if he can as Saturday is a turnover day so we don't mind the house rules.

Property was very clean. Very good showers. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location. Owner Juan was always helpful and replied quickly to questions . Would love to back again.

We loved the layout of the home, guest rooms are at opposite end from the master suite. The pool, lanai and dock are great for outdoor living.. it is well equipped with lots of linens, pool toys and beach equipment. Juan, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive.

My son and his family and my daughter and her family all met us at the house. The bunk bed room was perfect for the cousins sleep over ages 2-5. The outdoor living space wS awesome for family meals. The kids loved the pool. Had an issue with the pool heater the 1st day. I gave the owner a call he talked me through resolving the issue. Great place huge rooms. Nice kitchen. Would come back.

Wonderful home and pool, great location, great hosts, great vacation

We loved our stay. The location was amazing which made the trip perfect! The pictures don’t show how outdated the house is but the price point was right. The pool was awesome and loved that there were separated sleeping arrangements for different families. Overall it was awesome!

The property is beautiful. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had fishing items in freezer. It was perfect for what we needed this week. Totally relaxing and refreshing.

Great time despite unusual, unseasonably chilly weather. Pool reached a nice comfortable warmth and was sparkling clean. Plenty of space, with a well appointed kitchen if you like to cook (like we do.) Owner Juan couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The home was nice and spacious for our group of ten. The pool was nice and big and we spent endless hours playing in it. Owner was excellent at communicating. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is easy to get to. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided.

We lived staying in this home. The location was close to everything . The home was spacious for 11 people. Lived the heated pool and fishing from the deck. Would stay here again.

This spacious home was the perfect size and layout for our family! Our kiddos loved the bunk bed room and the large open seating areas for games. The heated pool and toys were a big hit too and the outdoor bathroom was convenient for all the hours spent in the pool! This home takes you somewhat back in time for those who like character rather than the more modern, updated styles. The value/price was excellent for the size of home on the water. Juan was also a wonderful, very responsive host. We had such an amazing time!

There were many great features with the house. The highlight was the heated screened in pool. An extra nice feature about that area was there was also an outside deck that over looked the water. It was very peaceful. Overall, the house was a little dated but super clean and we didn't care about it. One thing we did notice, the master bedroom area did not seem to get as cool as the opposite side of the house. Master bedroom had a huge bathroom and a huge walk in closet with seating. It was very convenient.There were 2 lawn chairs there but they were very low to the ground and not wide. So, if you are a bigger person, they would have never worked. Definitely only suitable for a lightweight person .Seemed more suitable perhaps for children. There was also a cooler, umbrella and a couple of bikes.Other thing to mention, there were no condiments/spices, I think we did find some salt, but, you must everything else or purchase it it there. Most VRBO's I stayed at had a stock of some basic cook essentials (though this is not part of the deal), You will need everything. Kitchen was stocked with necessary gadgets otherwise.All-in-all, we had a great time and would stay there again

Our family enjoyed their stay! Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. Unfortunately several problems cropped up causing some inconvenience. Pool temps required adjusting, front door coded lock system needed battery replacement, bath shower head fell of mid-shower, sliding glass patio doors were hard to operate, kitchen sink and countertops need to be replaced, gas grill was too small to accommodate 8-10 guests, wood decking and staircase should be replaced! Sorry for negative response but it's for your future reputation. Our family really enjoyed their stay regardless of having to request several adjustments, which were mostly accommodated in short order.

This was such a beautiful home in a wonderful location, we had a fantastic time and loved every minute. There were a few minor issues which we raised with Andrew and he resolved swiftly. Overall it was a great villa and well looked after and we all enjoyed it so much we want to go back already!

What you see on the photos is what you get, the owner is really nice and answer to accommodate with all questions and requests you have, the only thing is the house might need some updates , yes I recommend the property, thank you

We loved the house. The layout was perfect for our 3 families. We loved the pool area and the dock. We were lucky enough to get a glimpse of a manatee in the canal on our last day! The location was perfect- close to everything. The house itself was perfect but could use a little updating. Would rent again.

We loved our week stay! Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked, beautiful property! Of course the pool was the highlight! Would definitely rent again.
