Wish the jacuzzi worked

The condo was very clean with brand new furniture. It was on the first floor. We liked the view of the pools. It was 2 blocks from the beach. The shower was great. There was a little electric fire place heater that heated the livingroom. We liked the security. There was plenty of free parking. The grounds were very clean. There was a small store on site which was nice since the condo is not right in town. The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

We didnt like the fact the pools were freezing and the hot tub was cold. The condo had no heat other than the little electric heater in the livingroom. We called FMI the rental agency and asked for help and the said they would bring a heater but the never did. There were no extra blankets. Cold bedrooms bathrooms and cold floors. No bedside lamps. No instructions about the appliances, TV, or furnace.

Room was clean there was dishes in the kitchen to use.

Twin beds had no sheets on them and the water was cold when we showered. Also the pool is cold its not heated
