A very comfy, small hotel about a 10 minute walk from town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant at night and fab breakfast baps in the morning. Nice shower too.

There were many things that we liked. The location is fantastic, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was very good, the parking is good, the rooms were clean and quiet.

In my parents' room there was a problem getting hot water. There was no hot water in the sink and although the electric shower ligh was on and functioning, there was no hot water. The plastic trim on the shower door kept falling off. Hopefully someone can look at these issues so that other customers will not have this experience.

can’t say enough good things about this place! the staff were absolutely awesome. the most warm and friendly place we’ve stayed. they went above and beyond to make our stay great! if you are coming to Newcastle this is the place to stay!!

Breakfast was excellent with great service. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, checking on a regular basis if you needed anything.

after travelling all day, was looking forward to a bath but there was no hot water- no hot water in morning for a shave - thank goodness there was a shower . heating wasn’t on in room when I arrived - all staff away at a party- only one staff member on duty

This townhouse was very idyllic, and what looks like recently refurbished. The views by the sea had a lovely cosy atmosphere to it. Great facilities & very accomodating!The food & bar was brilliant, live music on a saturday night, had no reason to leave. The cafe where breakfast is served was 10/10! Gorgeous!
