Enrico gave us very good tips on where to go.
A very quiet place as far as surroundings are concerned.
No air conditioning.
We could hear every footstep of the neighbours above us.

The stay was amazing! Super friendly staff, great location (calm, but still close to the center of Belluno), the rooms were really nice, interior was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Host was very nice and helpful and tried to help with any request we had.
Description when we booked says private bathroom with Sauna - which it was, it just wasn't stated it's separated from the room - which we found very inconvenient

The house has a quiet surrounding with a lot of green. The host, Enrico, is an amazing person. The place has everything you need to feel welcomed.

I was given a really warm welcome by Enrico, who'd been great and prompt with contact since I booked. He offered me help with luggage, showed me the premises and the enormous and stylish room, then invited me for aperitivi outside with friends. The breakfast was great, at a shared table with some lovely other guests, and self-service with a great range of items (bread, eggs, coffee, yoghurt, cereal). Enrico was also able to accommodate me for an extra night at almost no notice. Really recommend this stay!

The house is absolut something very special. Enrico the owner is also the designer. He has created an absolute and very fine combination between old and new. The photos on the internet do not reflect the house. In real is much more impresiv. There is also a very good kitchen with everything what you need.
The house is also on a very good place - a little bit up from the city, arround the nature and the view on the Dolomities.
We loved the house and really enjoyed the time. Tanks to Enrico also for all the help and great respect for his work.

We had the suite which was perfect for the 3 of us. Location was lovely and quiet, we did not have a car, but not a problem as bustop outside our accommodation, which took us into the town of Belluno. Host was very friendly and helped with any information we needed. Local pub did fabulous toasties.

Its easy to feel at home here.. a wonderful structure and town filled with lovely people. Evenings in the garden are just lovely with the owner and other guests/friends.

- There is a bar walking distance, and the main town of Belluno is only a 7 minute drive
- Lots of parking space (hosts offered to park our bikes in their garage)

- Booking.com description made it sound as though we had a 3-bedroom apartment. Reality was 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom which is within a guest house.

The host was very personable and welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful and the room was extremely cute and cozy.
There was an issue with the shower clogging and water flowing out onto the floor (a lot of water). So we had to turn the water off at various points during our showers to avoid this happening during our stay. However, the host was extremely apologetic about this and seemed sincere in his response. So hopefully, he will have this fixed so that it will not occur to guests in the future.

Quiet, private, clean, parking on site, very nice complimentary self-serve breakfast and large selection of wines for purchase. Enrico was extremely helpful and responsive.
not walking distance to many restaurants/shops, the bed was very firm (but some may prefer that!)

Enrico, the owner is very nice and caring about everything. We could leave the car at his place for our bicycle trip. It’s directly located at the local Velo route and very quiet. Thanks for everything!

The appartment feels like home. Enough space for our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers).
Nice breakfast, which we can prepare ourselves, with DELICIOUS Italian coffee…!!! There is an ice cube maker, which is fantastic for these hot summer days (it’s end of July now).
Enrico is very friendly. He proactively shared info on good, nearby hiking locations. He’s also very kind. My daughter loves banana yogurt for breakfast and he kindly made sure that there’s enough banana yogurt for her. Loved our stay here!
The water pressure of the shower is very low. Taking a “quick shower” was not an option and washing hair took a long time.
