We loved the location . Just a few blocks (walkable) from the beach & center street but very quiet safe neighborhood. We loved how clean & comfortable the beach cottage was as well.

We enjoyed the location on Folly Beach. Very easy walk to the beach itself and nearby restaurants were very good. Generally a pretty quiet location, but that probably had more to do with the time of year we stayed (Feb 17-20th).

The beds weren't the most comfortable. Found it difficult to sleep as the mattresses (tried both) were a bit too hard for what I am accustomed to. Perhaps a mattress topper would make the bed more comfortable for those of us that are middle aged. :-)

property was well maintained and in a fantastic location near the beach and restaurants.

The location of the house, the size of the house, and the accomodations in general were great. Maybe my favorite part was all the hooks. So many hooks to hang things-towels swim suits, etc. I also really appreciate having a washer and dryer. Makes vacationing with a family SO much better!

The only thing I didn't like about this place was that the beds were memory foam and my back is not a big fan. Also, was rather expensive, but that seems to be expected in that area.
