We truly enjoyed our stayed at this property. We love how close it was to the beach. It was so great to have access to the beach chairs, towels and small coolers for our trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back real soon.

Fantastic location to Naples Pier and the beaches, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean and felt safe in this neighborhood. Pool very clean also!

Property was as pictured, small but clean and perfect for a family of 4. Great location steps to the beach and pier as well as a block into town to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Property manager was responsive and helpful (not that we needed anything). Supplies for beach were all in the unit. It was nice and quiet at the pool. Perfect getaway.

You just can't get better than this! Condo overlooks pool and the beach is just steps away. Cute and cozy accommodations within walking to old Naples (which is better than 5th Ave in my humble opinion). We loved our stay in Naples and will return to the Mariner.

The location is amazing, just a block from the beach and pier. Great management and great property!

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for years, and this year stayed in Old Naples and it was wonderful. 4 minute walk in one direction to Naples Pier and the Beach, and 4 minute walk in the other direction to shops, restaurants, and cafes along Third Street. In the Am we would walk 15 minutes briskly and be on Fifth Avenue. At night, the drive to all the great restaurants is 3 minutes - parking is free everywhere, even in the 4-story downtown garages. Very convenient and great fund --The condo is quiet and clean; the off site property Manager is very accessible and responsive. The Mariner is one of the VERY few properties that rent by the week.

This is a great condo in a great location. We walked to the pier, shopping and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable with all the amenities we could want. We will be back. We enjoyed our stay and wished we stayed longer.

My mother has vacationed in Naples numerous time but always stayed with a friend. This was the first year my sister and I joined her and the first year she rented her own vacation spot. We weren't very familiar with where we needed to be or what we were looking for. This apartment/condo was PERFECT in every way. It was literally 1/2 a block to Naples Pier. While the rest of the world was searching for parking places each morning, we casually walked with our cups of coffee to our favorite beach spot by the pier. In the evening, we walked a block to our favorite evening cocktail establishment and watched all of the night life. The apartment was IMMACULATE , well stocked and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. The outside "vintage" appearance threw us off and bit. However, once you enter the building you see how well it is maintained and how quiet it is. This is definitely a "repeat" booking for us!

Close to shopping and beach

Loved every minute of our 7 day stay. The home was neat and clean and was equipped with everything necessary for ease and comfort. We even cooked in a couple of nights! The quick walk to 3rd and the beach was what we loved most. Only got in our rental car to explode other parts of Naples! Will definitely return!

We loved this place! There were four of us staying here comfortably. Smallish kitchen but everything you needed. Place was really meticulous. Great view of the pool. Convenient to everything! Beach one block. Restaurants one block the other way. Only complaint would be that there was only one parking spot. However, Street parking and lot parking available across the street. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time at the Mariner condo. The condo had everything we needed for a great day at the beach or the pool with the kiddos. The location near 3rd Street was great too for quick trips to the coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream, or convenience store. I would recommend this location.

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Naples. Jody (owner) and Valerie (property manager) were great and always available for questions or anything we needed. This condo is beautifully decorated, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is so close to the beach and the shops/restaurants on the 3rd street, it also has a pool that is great for kids! We will definitely be back!

If you want a nice 2 bedroom apartment/condo that is a short walk to the beach and to downtown shops and restaurants this is your place. The place has 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. It is on the 2nd floor over looking the swimming pool. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The landlord provides beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even a football to throw on the beach. The reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is the living room tv did not work due to cable problems. The landlord told me about the problem and apologized and it wasn’t a big deal for us. One thing to mention is there is only 1 parking space per apartment/condo and there are no extra spaces. We had a visitor who had to park in the public parking lot close by the apartment/condo. This really was a very nice place and we had a wonderful time. My wife and I give it 2 big thumbs up 👍�🏻�.

We stayed in this condo for four nights and we were all pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it is a throwback of the 1960s, but step into the condo and it is a darling 2 bedroom, 2 bath tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything you could possibly need. Just remember if you stay, to replenish the paper supplies and the next person will appreciate it. This condo is so conveniently located. A block from the beach, right out the front door. Then just a couple blocks to shops and restaurants. But do keep in mind, this is a very upscale neighborhood of Naples, so the prices are quite high. The only issue we had was the lack of good internet and phone reception. Internet was non-existent unless you went down to the office. I had a Verizon and an AT&T cell phone and usually had one to two bars. Also, the tv in the living room was not working, but the owner gave me a heads up prior to my arrival. There was a good supply of movies, so we did enjoy one of them one evening. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.
