We booked this house for our annual fishing trip/anniversary. Everything about this property is spot on. It was clean, beautiful and relaxing. What impressed me the most is the attention to details when it comes to hospitality and comfort: two nightstands in the primary bedroom, plenty of seating options, plenty of towels and a kitchen that was stocked with everything you would need to make a meal.
We took advantage of the restaurant suggestions and were very happy we did!!
Close to amazing beaches, shops, restaurants, and great fishing lakes, the Jumping Fish House is perfectly located!
Ashley is great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!!

Our second stay at Jumpin Fish House and it never disappoints! The owners have thought about everything to make our visit perfect. Quiet neighborhood but very easy to find and get to. Close enough to everything but far enough away to relax. Perfect patio area for sitting every morning with coffee and listening to nature and the jumping fish are an entertainment of their own. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to repeat next year!

My sister, niece and I stayed at the house. The location was fantastic. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was very enjoyable to look out on the river and watch all the birds and alligators. The pool was great. We spent almost all of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) sitting on the lanai, enjoying the view and the weather. The house had everything that we needed, all amenities and plus some. Very clean and nice Florida decor. We would definitely come back. Highly rate this property.

Lovely very clean house with a warm pool on a river. The river is full of jumping fish and 2 alligators. We swam in the pool and watched the fish and alligators all day. Quite a unique experience.

Property/home was perfect. My husband and teenage boys loved to fish and I loved morning coffee poolside. The home had everything you could ever need. Very impressive. Saw the alligators several times. Peaceful and relaxing stay while our son was there for spring baseball training . Would come back 100%

We had the best week in Sebastian Florida. The house was better than we could have imagined. Our kids practically lived in the pool and it was so relaxing to be able to see the river behind. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

If you enjoy listening to the birds sing and watching the fish jump out of the water, give this cute house a try. The pool is a relaxing place to watch birds come and go. In a quiet and well kept community. Very relaxing!

We enjoyed staying at this clean and beautiful home. The backyard is gorgeous and serene and we saw many birds, jumping fish!........and an alligator who stayed peacefully in the water. Beautiful comfortable getaway!

The Jumpin Fish house is located in a peaceful setting with beautiful trees, abundant birds, and jumping fish. It is convenient to shopping and beaches. We found the pool very relaxing. The split floor plan provided privacy for our adult daughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer!!

So peaceful and tranquil! Was a pleasure waking up every morning and sitting by the pool listening to the sounds of nothing but nature and the splash of the fish as they jump. Saw so many variety’s of birds and even a few alligators (who never came on shore and did not bother us). Perfect place for a couple or a family. Host was super helpful and house was stocked with everything you could ever need, including bikes, fishing poles, pool toys and games for much needed down time because there is so much to see and do. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We rented the home for a weekend family get-together. The house exceeded expectations and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the mullet jump. Even saw the gators. We had a problem with the septic system, but Ashley had the problem solved within 2 hours. Would stay again.

We stayed for four nights to escape hurricane Ian, and the house was perfect for our family of five. We were able to salvage our vacation thanks to Ashley and this house. The waterway out back was beautiful with loads of wildlife and we even spotted a gator. Nice quiet location and great clean pool! Thank you Ashley!

Check in process was simple. Jumping fish were definitely included with this property. The house is a little dated but is clean and spacious enough for a family. Outdoor pool water was colder then we expected but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The location truly sets this property apart. Close to the beach and close to I-95 access.

Fun watching jumping fish
Enjoyed the jumping fish! They were fun to watch. Bed in 2nd bedroom was too high for my older sister to use so she had to use the 3rd bedroom twin bed. Would not recommend the 2nd bedroom for anyone older (or shorter). Was a little surprised when we weren't warned that pool maintenance and then yard crew showed up without any warning, especially startled when sitting in pool area and the worker walked right in to enclosed pool area, with no notice, when my senior citizen sister was alone. There are chairs in pool area but no loungers so couldn't "layout" by the pool. Just an FYI - most beaches were 15-20 minutes away.

How it should be
Great sums it all up. The owners obviously understand service. Plenty of dishes cups, silverware, cutlery, paper towels, toilet paper, even dishwashing and laundry detergent. Too often I have stayed at places where you literally are buying everything and leaving it all behind. These guys get it. And the price was fantastic as well. Clean and just as advertised. We will be back the next time we are close to Vero beach.

Wyoming and New Mexico meet in Florida
My husband and I met my brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew at the house and really enjoyed it watched the alligator in the canal behind the house , the house itself is beautiful and perfect we loved everything about it. We would have liked to spend more time in the house but we're very busy doing other things in palm bay, boca raton, Vera beach, Kenedy space center among other things. We even had a cookout for my son for his graduation that we thought was great (he joined us for the cookout but did not stay). Just watch out for the neighbors that make up stories about shooting off a gun when it was balloons popping and them saying they came over to complain when the only time we talked to them was when they were trying to quiet their dog from barking. Other then the neighbors we loved it and would recommend it

We had a great stay at the Jumpin Fish house. Beds were comfortable, the layout worked great for our families. We especially enjoyed our time by the pool relaxing and the beautiful view in the backyard.

Very Comfortable House
Our party of 5 was very comfortable in the Jumpin Fish House. The property was just as we expected. Check in was smooth. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly the weather was too cold for swimming during our stay, but the pool and covered patio area were lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Worked well!
We rented this property in order to spend time with family in the area over the holiday. Honestly we didn't spend very much time in the home at all. I will say that that it was well located for our needs - we were easily back and forth between Sebastian Inlet and Wabasso beach. The kitchen had everything we needed during the course of our stay. It was lovely to wake up and enjoy coffee on the lanai with the sun gleaming off the water, watching the fish jump and the beautiful birds make their way toward a productive day.

Great Place for Hobart Soccer Complex

Lovely Property
Lovely property in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to see family in Sebastian. Enjoyed watching the jumping fish and sitting on the covered patio. Beds were comfy and family room and living room furniture looked new. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing
We stayed their for 4 full days and spent all our free time in the pool or on the patio. The patio was so relaxing with the birds chirping and the wind blowing through the trees. Never turned on a TV.

Good stay
We absolutely loved being in Sebastian. That’s where my fiancé and I grew up so it was nice to see our family and friends. The neighbor came out yelling at 3pm when our 87 year old grandmother was there. I went and spoke with her and she ended up apologizing to me and hugged me at the end of the conversation so that was nice. There were a few issues but I communicated with Ashley and she was very nice and said she was going to take care of it.
