مكان مريخ والموظفين جدا محترمين وكذلك الشيف النيبالي اقدر له الاهتمام كوني زائر عربي في الفندق

I like you staff behavior specially Mr Naveen ( Manager) he is good person and well mannered. Thank to him for making our stay quite enjoyable and comfortable.

Nice location, spacious property, ever smiling and eager to help staff. Nice view from the room.

Not really the fault of the resort, but I wanted to extend my stay by a night but was fully sold out due to the wedding season. The portion size of food was really good, but the taste could have been better.

Great but charging extra for my spouse was not acceptable , room is for couple so shld not charge for other person for room n breakfast both .

Food is too expensive , will not suggest anyone , taste is good but expensive

Property is newly built.

Cleanliness of room are not upto mark. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Floor was not mopped on check in

We checked in at 1 midnight and yet the staff was able to help us book the room.

staff sometimes was not wearing mask menu was very limited location was remote commuting was a problem
