Bad bed owner out of control no contact in england need a good paint no sink in bathroom no table or chairs outside needs a good scrub

The interior of chalet shower disgusting no sink in toilet to wash hands had to use sink in kitchen Double bed uncomfortable table disgusting toaster had old toast in it work tops not sanitizer The whole interior needs replacing very disappointed we took grandaughters but didn’t use facilities as did not look clean deffinatly not worth the amount we paid mentioned to the lady who met us with keys she said they r being modernised but this one was the last to be done We feel we should have paid less than£72 has we didn’t feel we cd use the facilities

No wash basin in the property. Both fire extinguishers were well out of date and one should have been reomoved by 2013 Hot water could only be used via the water heater not the tap

HVery basic , not too clean had to pay Extra for pets although when booking I added pets . Another additional extra paying for electricity while there which burnt 4.50 per day ....😮 bed was uncomfortable very cold did not hold the heat cooking utensils ... hardly any no frying pan had to go and buy one no sharp knives no bottle opener most people want a fryup and open a bottle on their hols don't they ? 😁

The location by the beach was lovely but nothing else

It was in disrepair, dirty, no sink to have a wash unless you count using the kitchen sink as your bathroom sink, the shower room was awful, the sofa in the lounge was all ripped, it smelt of mould and dog, although we did have 2 small chihuahuas ourselves I didn’t even want them in that environment, we was booked in for 2 nights and left the very next morning of arrival, I wasn’t prepared to spend another night there. for the one night we did stay you have to keep a heater on to keep warm and that cost £10 in electricity , which is a top up metre and you have to go and get that yourself from the local shop. we went out for food as I was prepared to use anything there,

Lady very nice

Absolutely nothing other than been in Mablethorpe the bedroom smelt of smoking not sure it wasnt pot the bed collapse on one side cheap wooden struts in plastic cups . Kitchen OK but not much in way of utensils. Sofa bed very uncomfortable to sit or sleep on tiped over one side the shower was dated damp and minging mold on walls . The toilet was damp not clean and had dry blood on wooden door . If it hadn't been xmas I'd have tried somewhere else and tried to get refund there is a charge of £10 dog and 20 refundable damage deposit. Had my dogs have been destructive it would have improved the place . Its a wipe your feet on the way out job don't do it is all I will say to anyone

Price was good location was good. To say the lady said the chalet is due to be refurbished it was still in good condition and very clean with everything we needed

The shower room wasn't the best but if it's going to be refurbished it was still clean and usable

If we could have found one on site long term we would be moving there. The bed was comfy, the shower lovely and hot. Remember when booking a stay. This is a chalet not a 5*** overseas hotel. Sue is there should you have any problems. also this is someone elses property treat it with respect leave it as you find it. Treat Sue with the respect she deserves😁 Will definitely be back 👌👌👌

The oil heater kept the cabin warm.

Paid for bed linen - none provided. Said there was a hairdryer - none provided. Split in seat of sofa bed. No hand basin. Shower enclosure was unbearable. Toilet cistern broken. In need of refurbishment.

Nice friendly lady with the keys and gave us information.

Very poor condition chalet. Shower was awful. The water out the taps squirted everywhere. Shabby carpet and laminate. Sofa bed was appalling and uncomfortable and very old.
