The toilets were nice
I purchased the room because the pictures showed that it had a tub. But when I went into the room it did not. The front desk was no help. This is clearly false advertising. I am upset that I did not receive the room that you advertised to me. The $10 parking fee is ridiculous! The hot tub cannot be accessed until late morning. Why am I paying for an amenity that you are time-keeping me from? The hotel bathroom light lights up the entire room due to poor design.

Great room suitable for 2 adults and 3 kids. Convenient beds, nice bed linen, clean room, polite staff. Overall feeling of being in the secured place.
A bit overpriced, but may be because it was the same day reservation.

Everything. The comfort you feel when you enter a well maintained property. Clean spacious room. Very clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Close to downtown. And all of that at a reasonable price.
Parking fee not included.

New and nice hotel. Extra bed for 2-nd kid. Close to Northstar.
Extra charges for everything. Booking.com quoted $498, including all taxes. On top of that the hotel slapped minimum $100 pet fee (!!!), and we did list the dog, $10 parking fee, and what appears as double taxes. In total extra $123 on top of booking.com quote.

The breakfast was very good and sufficient for our needs. We liked the eggs an sausages, waffles and oatmeal. The water for tea was lukewarm. I would have appreciated real boiling water.
The room should not be called a suite. It has a couch and does comfortably sleep 4, but a true suite would have a separate bedroom where I can close door.

Very good place to stay when looking for active vacation with the kids in Truckee area. The hotel was comfortable, well equipped and in reasonable reach to all major sites we wanted to visit incl. Lake Tahoe. Breakfast was good and we were also positively surprised by the level of window noise isolation (our windows were just above the highway but no way to figure that out by it's noise, it was really silent).
As Europeans we aren't used to such low level AC setup in the hotel which was a problem for us especially in the night when the only protection against the cold was to use the noisy heating...

The location of this property was wonderful and convenient.
The cost was exorbitant. I was completely taken back that the property was over $350 a night for Sunday thru Tuesday. Another downside was the inability to turn individual lights on without a card key that illuminates the entire sitting area.

Didn't like the fact that I was charged to park on the property ($10). That's just a money grab and totally not necessary. I'm sure the hotel chain is doing just fine financially.

A bit far from Tahoe Lake, but it is not a problem if you plan well.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful interior design. The staff was very nice and the hotel served a good breakfast with fresh fruits and lots of choices.
