The house was wonderful! The dock does need some work! There wasn’t a ladder to use for getting onto the dock from the lake.

We loved it! It was very cold the first few days and we enjoyed relaxing in the house and the hot tub. When we ventured out later in our stay it was close to everything. The road in wasn’t bad with the snow. It had the necessary kitchen things for cooking. When we had an issue with the heat and the fireplace the owners came and helped, were super nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 and we’d be back.

Quite a beautiful home and location with a few issues.
1. Tablet missing
2. Main kitchen refrigerator temperature stayed warm.
3. Fireplace downstairs won't stay on.
4. Broken door knob to dining room.
5. Drafty around door and windows.
6. No curtains or blinds in bathroom.

Great space. Great beds. Some items did not work or needed maintenance or cleaning; dish washer, ice machine, grill, gas fire place, oven.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Loved the modern bathrooms and spacious kitchen.

Wonderful place for a family reunion for all ages. The lake front property provided hours of swimming, boating, standup paddle boarding, and floating for our family. Some of the lights, electrical appliances (ice maker, upstairs washer and dryer) were out of service and the house was not equipped with serving dishes or serving utensils. We had a great time nonetheless.

The location is great. All of us adults and kids had a great time, once the air conditioning was fixed (checked in on Sunday, fixed Wednesday). The ladder at the dock was broken and repaired while we were there but it was not a good functional ladder from the lake to the dock and it slants back under the dock, making all but the top step useless. Some upgrading is needed, but the basics are there for an excellent lake trip.

The location is great. All of us adults and kids had a great time, once the air conditioning was fixed (checked in on Sunday, fixed Wednesday). My family and friends had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, and perfectly located. The host immediately responded to us when we had questions, and was extremely helpful! We had a blast with all the activities in and around Lake Blue Ridge!

The exterior of the property needs cleaning and maintenance. The inside is good. The location is nice meaning its close to the lake and recreational area but the Morganton city is not very well maintained. We could see abandoned homes, trash etc in the neighborhood. Not deal breaking but we have lived in cleaner neighborhoods in the mountains.

We loved everything about this home! It was very spacious and clean. The house has actually been updated a little so it’s actually better than the pictures which was a plus ! We would love to come again during the warmer months since the lake is better during that time.

The property is on a slough, so there's no water in the winter, so the pictures of the lake are a little deceiving in that regard, but it was ok since it was rather chilly while we were there. The hot tub was great and we were able to build a little fire in the fire pit which we really enjoyed one evening. We did have to purchase firewood nearby, as it is not provided. The grocery store and essentials are not far away at all and this was very helpful. The owners were fantastic. We thought we had an oven problem on Thanksgiving Day and they came out to help. Turned out that it was just a short in the lights on the oven, but them coming out, even on Thanksgiving Day, was so nice! They are very easy to work with and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this house again and highly recommend it for anyone else!

The rooms were so well setup for multiple people to stay and have their own space to sleep. The location is super convenient to Blue Ridge without being as busy!
