Breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect, especially the panorama.

Pleasant and peaceful location in the dutch country. All you hear is the sheeps nibbling nearby.

Common parts are quite neglected e.g. dirty windows, lots of spiderwebs, garden furniture rusty and/or never cleaned/mantained.

The beds weren't comfortable, as they slumped in the middle and I ended up having a bad back next morning

Really nice garden! House is close to Volendam & Edam and the view from the room on the topfloor is amazing. Breakfast was nice and we can choose between several sandwiches

We where with a group and booked the whole house, but we did'nt noticed on the pictures that there was only a kitchen and no loung/livingroom. So we had to sit in the kitchen the whole time but the chairs are'nt that comfy. Overall the house was'nt so clean, eg the towels we'rent washed at a high program so they where a bit fuzzy

Location is great, with garden and parking by the road. Hostess very friendly. Kitchen facilities for a cup of tea or even cooking is possible/allowed. Plus they have chrome-cast, very modern!

Matrasses were a bit hard for my liking, and bathroom is effective but could be updated. Plus wifi is a bit tight.
