Reviewer Comments: Room was clean, however the fan on the wall of the bedroom did not work also the ceiling fan in living room wobbled really bad and make a loud sound. However we enjoyed our stay and are making plans to return.

The beach is right in the backyard essentially. The only complaint I have is that there were no beach towels or chairs to take for the beach. We had to purchase some and weren't able to bring back on the flight so we left them there for others to enjoy. Hope they are still there when we come again.

There are some minor things in the house like the bathroom door not shutting all the way unless locked and the walls were a little thin, but it wasn't to big of a deal since we weren't inside much. I will also say this bungalow is not very handicap accessible especially the shower and bathroom. Additionally at night time there were some pretty big roaches out on the deck. We never found any inside, but just make sure to leave the deck door closed. Overall very happy with our stay

The beach bungalow was perfect! Excellent location, gorgeous ocean view from the lanai and the entire courtyard area. Wellll kept courtyard that was spacious for all the guests, the bungalow was clean and very comfortable! I did have to purchase my own beach towels, beach chairs, and a few other basic items that are typically provided in rentals. We will definitely stay here again! It was perfect for us beach bums.

I really wanted to love this property. The location cannot be beat and the listing shows that it was newly remodeled. As described it is small and cozy so be prepared. Yes, the sink is in the shower but this was clear in the photos. The property is updated and refreshed and if the owners/managers would do a few things this place could be amazing. The things we enjoyed -Location! Location! Location! this is literally right on sunset beach with a great sandy courtyard right out the back door -Beach Chairs were great, we loved lounging on them and they were very comfortable -Parking was easy and right outside the front door with 2 spaces allocated to our unit What needs to be addressed -Cleanliness- There were only 2 coffee cups in the unit and they were filthy as was the coffee maker. We didn't trust that any of the items in the kitchen were clean. The linens that were used for the sofa bed had blood stains on them. We were horrified especially during this time of COVID. We told the cleaning lady about the issue as we left, but not certain that anything would be done about it. Don't understand how anyone could see that in a rental and not replace the linens. There was no broom in the unit it would have been nice to be able to sweep or swiffer during our stay. The unit was remodeled and updated but the workmanship was not quality. Paint, cabinets, electrical sockets need finishing. Kitchen - no sharp knife, only one small pan and one cookie sheet. 2 old, scratched, stained plastic cups in the cupboards. -WIFI- The Wifi was down and even after it was 'fixed' we still could not connect to the network. Boo. -Cable/TV- no local channels, only the sign ons of the previous guests for app viewing (Netflix, Spotify etc..) -Many beach cottages will come with beach towels, sand toys etc. this place had none of this. It did have 2 paddle boards that could be used, but there was nothing else in any of the units. There was certainly no mention of these amenities on the listing so not upset about it just know that everthing needs to be brought in. Overall I was really hoping that this quaint, cozy remodeled cottage on the beach would have been a hidden gem but I am sad to say that we wouldn't stay there again and the best I can rate it is a 2 and that is because the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed Treasure Island (our second trip to this beach) and would likely come back but would absolutely not rent this place again.

The site was fantastic! The location was very noisy due to street traffic. The unit itself was poor! The bathroom is poorly configured and cramped with the sink in the shower. The remodel was poorly done. The kitchen accessories were very minimal and in poor condition. The outdoor showerhead was turned to unit three, so cleaning sand from feet and beach accessories was impossible. I was a guest for two weeks and during that time three different maintenance crews sent by the management company couldn't figure out out to move the head! Thanks to one of cleaning crew, Flo, who was terrific by the way, for giving me a broom to clean sand from the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had been planning this baby shower for a while now and we were so excited to finally arrive. The property looked so well cared for when passing by and portrayed on the website. When Sue showed my fiancé and I around a couple of months ago during the day, we were shown the Beach Hugger #2 unit and everything seemed like it should be the same for each unit. We ended up going with Beach Hugger #3 due to the covered outside section just in case it rained at the baby shower. There was a strong smell of mildew in the unit. We ended up finding it the next day everywhere behind the couch along the baseboards, inside the picture frame, behind the glass, in the bedroom along the baseboards, in the vents and our pillows and comforter even smelt like mold. My parents stayed in Beach Hugger #2, the same time frame as us, and I had to go get my mother to ask her to help us clean the mold before the guests arrived for the baby shower. I couldn’t do it because I’m 8 months pregnant. My fiancé and my mother spent most of the day scrubbing the baseboards. My fiancé and I both got sick. We had to buy my fiancé a nasal corticosteroid to combat the allergens we were exposed to. He spent all day in bed Sunday after we got home after check out then had to call out of work Monday morning. He was so sick. My scratchy, sore throat went away by Monday morning. Thank God, he started to feel better as of Tuesday morning! We let the company know about the mold and showed them multiple pictures and their response is that the unit is completely booked up, but the new owner will block out the entire month of October to make the necessary changes needed for that unit. So they are knowingly allowing guests to stay here when there is a severe mold infestation and that people have gotten sick. I will never recommend this property to anyone until the necessary changes have been made to make people safe.
