Rent hotell med god service!

It was clean and the receptionists were kind.

The room was too small and for the price that they charge they should at least offer a simple breakfast.

They placed us in rooms opposite each other

We asked at check in the evening beforehand what time we could get breakfast for and were informed 7-7:30 as per two different written items (menu and check in document) . We advised them we would be leaving at 7:30 am and were told it would take 15 mins to prepare something such as omelettes . With our driver waiting we ended up waiting 45 mins for a breakfast to appear that we didn't order and ended up leaving having had a dry piece of toast each. If people have paid for breakfast and requested in advance a time I don't feel it is fair to have them waiting 45 mins for a juice ,tea or toast never mind any other items . Bedding had blue marks on them and hair matted into pillows.

It is absolutely shame for Booking.com to list this property. Booking.com never (until today) responded to my email about cancellation of this booking. Booking.com is ONLY after money and they took the commission from this property and kept silent. Not at all fair by me as a customer!!!!:(

Nothing at all

I was searching the hotel which suits my budget. The price of 13 700 lkr was ok. So I booked and confirmed with the card. This booking is non-refundable. It was ok, because I liked the picture.

But when we came, the boy at the reception gave us the bill of 14 150 lkr. Yes, not big difference, but it has spoiled the impression. I asked to charge me the price I saw while booking and he started calling to somebody (manager I suppose). That person decided not to reduce the price (anyway I put my card, even if I refuse they will charge me). I said “ok” 450 rupees is not big amount, I’ll pay, but I put you one star for such attitude to the client. The boy said “ok”. One more thing. The check out time is 12 pm. At 10:30 am the phone rang and the lady from the reception ask me: “when are we going to check out?” Whaaat??? So here is you 1* review Of course you can decide whether to stay there or not. But I’ll write here, that we changed the hotel right after that and found a better option not very far for 8500 lkr with the restaurant downstairs, bigger room and cleaner toilet.
