Great space for a good price.

It's bit of a walk to the beach, but nothing too bad if you are somewhat fit

When arriving to the premises, it's best to turn right to Nikola Šopa street and then take the first left and go straight (the house is on the end to the left on this gravel road) because delivery vans from a nearby restaurant can obstruct the driveway from the main road. You get one key that both unlocks the front door and the one for your room. Don't forget to always take your key with you when leaving the room because it locks automatically. My room was really well decorated and clean. Although the building itself is located on a thoroughfare, sound proofing is good enough, so car noises won't bother you during sleep. It's quite minimalistic and there are no amenities (kettle, kitchenette), but a fantastic and cheap restaurant is housed in the same building and I really liked their food, there are even daily menus. Also, there is a great bakery about 10 minutes by foot from the premises.

Very nice, helpful and quickly reply to emails. The room was very clean and modern. Good connection to the airport. Very close to the center of Zadar. Nearby, grocery stores, beach, cafes and bars. There is a great restaurant in the building with good prices.

The room and ensuite bathroom were extremely clean and I had an overall great stay. Hosts were friendly and lovely too.

It’s approx. 25-30 min walking distance from the central bus station. There is nothing really to do or see in the area but I already knew that in advance so it wasn’t a big deal.

Very far from the old Zadar. Transport a few times per day. The building is situated on the main highway. Very thin wals, so you can easily hear the noise from the neighboring rooms and the downstairs restaurant. The owners should set up some rules as the guests do much noise during night. Slaming doors, endless telephone conversations in the stairs, playing and shouting kids. It is not acceptable during the calm hours. As it is not possible to rely on the other ones self-control, it will be good the owners to put an Internal rules guideline and to ask this to be followed.

The room was very clean and Tea the host was very nice! She was super helpful when we forgot our keys one day and stayed up late to greet us after our flight was delayed. It was a really pleasant stay!

The location is a bit out of the way but bolt is available to get into the city and the beach is a 30 minute walk away so not the worst!

Really nice and clean rooms in town. The hotel is new (it seems opened during the Corona Pandemic) and the rooms have all the recent amenities : fridge, fast internet, new beds, nice decoration. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help.

The location of the Hotel is not the best one. If you dont have your own weehls, expecto to walk 35 min from the city center or around 20 min from the bus station. The hotel cant also provide Breakfast. Around the hotel there are not so many bakerys open early in the morning.
