Beds really comfy

Parking was tricky

the property was clean and tidy, lots off extras, coffee machine, Netflix, drying stands

The Comet is very clean and modern. There was plenty of space for a family of 5, and the WiFi worked very well (there were 3 teenagers with us, and this was the most important thing for them!). This was a very pleasant place to stay and convenient for visiting lots of places including Alton Towers.

When arriving back late in the evening it was sometimes difficult to find a parking space but we always managed it in the end.

Literally everything. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms/shower rooms and a garden. I stayed here with my bridal party and Mum the night before my wedding and it was incredible. Felicity and Amy are the most wonderful hosts who endeavour to make your stay perfect. On the morning of the wedding there was us 6 girls, a photographer, videographer, 3 hair and make up ladies and there was still room to spare. We used the light, airy, well ventilated kitchen/dining area for hair and make up, freeing up the living room for some chill time on their netflix account. I was in the downstairs bedroom with the gorgeous 4 poster where I could safely hang my gown and veil and my girls were upstairs. Also, 3 bathrooms is EXACTLY what you need when getting ready for your big day! I was also greeted with a lovely card and bottle of Prosecco as a little gift from Amy and Felicity which was so kind of them! The house is also incredibly safe. Lovely, quiet residential street with lovely neighbours, clear fire safety throughout the property, locks on every door and a ring doorbell so the hosts can see if there’s any unusual activity. Parking is limited but, again, no one really struggled. Except my horse and cart 🤣🤣 but it’s a short walk to the bottom of the road where they picked me up and it also meant I got to wave to the neighbours as I walked to my carriage 😁
