the room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast was good. lots of variety and very clean. we only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience anything more about the property. the staff were very friendly and helpful

it was very far from the airport, and the shuttle only goes to 5:00 pm so the taxi cost was about 60 Euros. they didn’t offer a shuttle to the ferry terminal in Naples, so that was another 60 Euros for the taxi.

The staff, the views, the service, and the comfortable bed! We booked specifically for the room with the terrace. When we arrived, we couldn't have that room, and I was devastated. I was given another suite but it wasn't what I wanted for our anniversary holiday and I was very angry. If it wasn't for one of the staff members, Ciccio, who took great care of us and fixed anything else he could for us, we would have left the hotel. We started to look for other options, but we were kindly given food and drinks on the house, Ciccio arranged for a driver and handed us over to another lovely staff member when he left. We are very grateful for a wonderful time - all of the staff were lovely to us, I don't remember the ladies' name on reception, but she was also very helpful. Wasn't what I had dreamed it would be, but they did their best to fix it, and good service will always go a long way!!! The views from the communal terrace are incredible, and the bed was so comfortable! They left rose petals and champagne in our room, which was also a nice touch. Thanks again to Ciccio and everyone who made our stay better 🙏 ❤️

Everything was clean and staff was really nice and attentive. I highly recommend splurging on a junior suite and asking for room 202 (corner suite) if you want that uninterrupted view. Hot tub was easy to figure out and maintained the temperature well. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Convenient location, stunning position overlooking Bay of Pozzuoli with fabulous views. A big bonus is the incredible Skyline Restaurant next door.

Absolutely wonderful home we stay at Naples Italy. Big room.soft bed. Big bathroom. Delicious compliment breakfast.and beautiful seaside view.

Terrible location! NO FREE SHUTTLE! NOT close to NAPLES Int’l Airport! Had to pay 60€ to get to Airport as no shuttle running in the AM.

Staff said didn’t get my booking.com reservation for pickup at NAP. I sent request 3 times to “notify property” on booking.com/Rome2Rio. No communication. Terrible fish dinner and again LONG drive back to NAPLES airport when I only had a short 8-9 hours and needed to be CLOSE TO AIRPORT!

The room we had, had an extra room with kitchen facilities and table and chairs. The view from the balcony was stunning when it was not raining. Bar staff very friendly and helpful.

1. We had to ask for extra toilet rolls as these were not replaced when cleaned. 2. No instructions on how to use the safe. 3. No evacuation instructions in the room. 4. A friend in our party had the best suite with hot tub. The hot tub was only as warm as the tap water as that was the feed, both sun loungers were broken.

The rooms were clean & large with very friendly staff.

The view was absolutely breathtaking from our room and the bar downstairs. Our room was very spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was exceptional from the cleaning staff, to the wait staff, to the front desk.

It really can’t be fixed but the smell of Sulfatara can be very strong at times.

I woke up in the middle of the night because of a very strong sulfur smell. Maybe the position of the room was not the best one but it was really disrupting this smell. I understood there are some thermal springs nearby...
