Great house. Clean and lots of room. WIFI information is wrong. Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday. The beach although nice is way to busy with cars! They come consistantly down the beach. You need to watch the kids due to the traffic! At one point the police had all beach goers move back away from the water to allow the traffic the "right of way!" Not a good situation for families! That reason alone will prevent me from renting at this beach again. SO SORRY!

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. Although the weather was cold and rainy (one takes one's chances in November!), the house was perfect. Check-in was easy, and the house is just as advertised and was perfect for our family. It is conveniently located near the beach; although technically on the second row, I think, it has good views and access to the Gulf. The property is well-maintained, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Note: water does build up in the street when it rains, but it did not present a problem. Thanks to Zuhair and Layla for a lovely break.

Beauuuuutiful home! My family & I loved it. Very spacious, with such amazing views, touches, design/layout, & beautiful décor, it will definitely be added to the yearly beach vacation list.=) The only downside was the hard walk to the beach. Yes, there is a boardwalk to walk over the marsh-ish areas, but getting up the burning hot sand dune to make it to the boardwalk walkway with 2 little kids under 7, and a 7-mo old, with a wagon & beach gear, turned out to be quite the surprise. But again, a very beautiful rental that I plan on renting again soon.

The house was exactly what the listing described, was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Access to the beach is a short walk making visits pretty easy even with a family’s worth of stuff to haul. We hope to stay again!

The house was everything we expected. It was very roomy and accommodating for our family and was literally steps away from the beach.

Beautiful and perfect location! We had rented 3 other locations and it was easy to walk down beach to meet up with rest of crew. The porch is amazing with a great view of ocean.

The beach house was beautiful and so were the views from the porches. Living room and kitchen are set up perfectly for enjoying family time. The bedrooms gave everyone enough room to be comfortable and the master bedroom was perfect. The location is the best, just steps from the water. And a very short walk on the beach to ocean front restaurants. Our week was great !

We booked this beach house back in February for a family beach vacation planned for Memorial Day week. It’s a great location in Surfside—right on the beach with easy access. The family loved our time there. The home is beautiful, well maintained, has all the amenities we needed, and Zuhair amd Layla were super responsive at all stages of the process. We had a very minor issue with the kitchen faucet one day and after a call to Zuhair, he had his maintenance guy stop by within a couple of hours and we were good to go! I know others have said the fridge doesn’t get super cold but we did not notice that. It was plenty cold and we had it filled up! Bedrooms are spacious and there was room for everyone. Others have spoken to the odd bed setup in one room. It’s unusual but fine for a single person or a couple that likes to snuggle. ❤️❤️ There was a brand new grill that we used and the outdoor shower & restroom is fabulous. We used it everyday for rinsing off after the beach, etc. We also rented the house next door for a portion of the week after having additional family members join us for a few days. That process was seamless and since it’s the same owners it worked out especially well. We will definitely be back to this home the next time we head to the beach at Surfside. The only complaint we have (no fault of the owners or the property) is the water situation in Surfside Beach. The owners provided a 5-gallon water jug and the home has a dispenser. We got a real lesson in how much clean, fresh drinking water a big family needs! We will know better how to prepare for this next time. We HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thanks so much!

The hosts were great, the home was great and large enough to accommodate a large group. The beach was in our backyard and numerous restaurants and stores were close by. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nice for a family/friends vacation. Zuhair is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Just I wish the beds were more comfortable in the two of the bedrooms upstairs (the ones that can accommodate 4 guests each). Overall, We were satisfied and recommend this property.

The owner keeps the property in excellent shape. We had a great weekend at the home. It is only steps from the beach, and large enough for our family..and older dog. A wide ramp made loading and unloading easy, and dog friendly. The ocean views from the balconies were superb. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

I cannot say enough how much we loved this house ! We will be returning here for future functions. Love how close it is to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need !

The house was amazing , the views , the comfort my family and I loved every little bit of the house and can’t wait to go back would highly recommend this house to anyone the host was amazing as well !

We stayed August 5-8 at this house with a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for that amount of people and room to spare. I have almost no complaints, however there are a couple of things to be aware of: *The biggest one is that the second bedroom upstairs is a WEIRD setup. The headboard is normal against the wall, but the bed itself is sideways. So you have to sleep sideways with one person against the headboard or put kids in that bed because they won't hang off the edge. The couple in our party who were going to sleep in there wound up being more comfortable with her in the bed and him on the couch. *The fridge does not get super cold. It appeared cold when we got there and we only put cold items in it initially so as not to overload it, but it never got very cold the whole weekend. It wasn't a problem because it kept food cold enough not to spoil, so we just put drinks in coolers with ice. The freezer was plenty cold enough to stay frozen. *The coffee maker seemed to be clogged or something. It took over an hour for a brew cycle and only put out half a pot. Twice. So we ordered K cups and just used the keurig. *There is a charcoal grill provided, even though it isn't really listed. We used it, it was fine. The house overall had plenty of space and basically everything you could need. The view and location are about as good as it gets for a house of that size on the beach (the ones right in the sand are all much smaller). The host was very fast in responding when I needed to contact her a couple of times. Just so you know ahead of time: the code to unlock the house is not provided until it is literally time to check in. We had a 4pm check in time and I called her from Buccees at 330. The cleaning crew was still there at 4, but they were finishing up and they were very nice as well. Grocery delivery is available through both HEB directly and instacart, which was awesome. You can have fires on the beach. Just letting people know in case they wanted to bring wood. DON'T do it below the house, it is prohibited and dangerous, but it was nice to have a little fire in the sand by the waves at night while the kids ran around catching ghost crabs. Overall, we had a great time and I would rent here again without hesitation. Just make sure you and anybody you give the address to put it in correctly (Ave, NOT rd!) or they will wind up a couple miles inland. We ordered some groceries that were delivered to the wrong Rd address.

This was a family vacation and the location was great, practically on beach. We had some issues with the doors on our beach house not closing properly. Front porch swing not safe, needs repair. Overall very nice house and accommodations.

We had a lovely family visit. Very close access to the beach, and the ocean views are terrific. The property is very nice and well-maintained; and Zuhair was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

This was by far the nicest beach house we’ve rented. They must’ve dropped a fortune on it because it has all the upgrades. Crown molding everywhere, lights on lights and accent lights, decorated wall to wall, and so much space for everyone. Every room had TV and internet access, and no issues with the A/C. I’d say there were three issues we ran into - 1) Checking in required us to call the owner. It took 10-15 minutes to get ahold of them but we did get the code for the key box. Usually you get this via message ahead of time. 2) You really have to watch your step when going down the stairs, where the steps curve to meet the 1st floor. Three different people in our group slipped and nearly got hurt. Once we were aware we were extra careful. 3) When we got there we packed the fridge full, and because of that it took forever for it cool down. So we took some out, let it cool, then stocked it again. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place right on the beach. Rain and wind ruined part of the trip but overall a great spot. Will be back for sure!

This house is a great home for our family! Large enough for us to all have space. There were 5 adults, 8 year old, 2 year old and newborn twins. During the day our 4 local adult children came over. The house is great and the porches are great too.

Beautiful. This is a beautiful home and perfectly set up for family fun and relaxing. Practically on the beach. This house has not only an outdoor shower but, also an outdoor toilet. This was very nice with being so close to the beach. No using port-a-pot on beach or having to track extra sand through home. Located very close to beach front restaurant and bar with live music but, enough distance not to be a bother when sleeping. Great overall location. If there are any cons to this house it would be the water. This isn't the owner's fault. Just the water system at Surfside overall isn't the greatest. The owner has a filtration system and a separate water dispenser. This helps tremendously . The ice maker doesn't work but, I'm guessing this is on purpose because ice from Surfside water wouldn't be the best. Bagged ice is easy and cheap enough to pick up. Hope to stay at this home again in the future. Wonderful week with family that, as always, goes by way to fast.

We were a party of 7people way past our 50 looking for a quite and relaxing weekend, and we had it. The house is perfect, comfortable and well located. Both floors are surrounded by balconies, and every room has access to it making the rooms full of light and views, which I found beautiful; social area and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. Carpentry is harmonious around the house, including stair railing making it kind of luxurious; bathrooms are divided between sink and toilet +shower which adds dynamism to get ready to enjoy the beach. We didn't notice the keurig coffee maker in the pictures so we had just americano :) We hope we can rent it again this summer because it is one of the best houses in the area

This property is stunning and the homeowners were great to work with. Very communicative and accommodating. We were in town for a benefit fundraiser and ended up with 4 couples staying on the property and 2 single friends that stayed overnight during our stay there. Plenty of room for all. 2 of the bedrooms are less setup for couples wanting queen or King beds, but the bunk bed room was great for our single friends. 2 of the bedrooms are perfect for Married couples. All in all, we would gladly stay here again. House was clean, modern, well decorated, and perfectly located! Wishing other tenants a similar experience here. Thank you!!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, the property owner kind and readily available for help. Wonderful people. The first day surprisingly we found roaches in the house, and the water wasn’t drinkable at the time, but that is more than likely due to the recent hurricanes in the gulf. The checkout list is the longest I have seen, but they tell you about this beforehand. If it’s a short trip, and don’t want to clean you may want to rent somewhere else. Overall my family and I had a great experience and we will definitely be going back to Galveston. Oh and bring your own trash bags and coffee filters.

House had a perfect location. Very clean and easy check in. Nicely furnished. Well laid out. Spending time on the wrap around decks was a treat. We really enjoyed the house. Only complaint is wireless internet. Hard to impossible to connect. It was a big deal because both my wife and I needed to do some work related matters and couldn’t. I’d suggest dumping the worthless Dish TV package currently in the house and beefing up the internet Bandwidth so folks can work from home, and access their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon accounts and watch what they want to. But that complaint aside, would I stay there again? Absolutely!!!!!!

This home was one of the best homes I have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of vacation homes. There were 5 adults and 3 children. Ample space and room for everyone. The home says 13 and I could see that not being an issue. Porches were awesome! Ac cold!! Kitchen completely stocked ! Towels galore! Location in great!!!! The owners were more than 5 star. Very attentive! There was an issue with a neighboring home which was immediately addressed when another neighbor brought it to their attention. We will be back!
