The property was perfect for our visit. It is well maintained and in a good location. The only negative is that there is no restaurant or lounge on site but there are plenty within a short walking distance.

This is a converted hotel unit - but perfect for two people. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Coconut Grove and all eateries, pubs etc. Parking is onsite and easy to ingress/egress. Will use this place again when back in the area.

There are the location, 19th floor and fabulous view, cleanliness, and everything you need in a cozy room, king size bed with excellent mattress... Everything, absolutely everything makes this place attractive to return. Thanks to Marie who provides any assistance with accommodation.

Overall the stay was wonderful. We did have an issue with three lamps that did not work and could have used a few extra towels for a 6 day stay. Worked with what we had and all was fine.

You couldn't ask for a better location - right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Meals, shopping, church, park - all within walking distance. When we wanted to relax, the pool was perfect. It was a very special vacation, and we would like to stay here the next time we visit Miami.

This property was everything it appeared to be. It is in such a beautiful location in coconut Grove with convenient walking access to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. I loved this place and the communication from the property owner was great.

I have stayed in this property in a different rental. It was stellar and beautiful. This rental was pretty run down and actually had one small bath towel for the two of us. It was not resolved, and I had to go to the pool and get a towel from there. Not up to my expectations for VRBO properties.

Maria was our property management contact. She was very attentive and worked to ensure a smooth stay. We had some issues with a bathroom light switch. She was on it right away and the problem was fixed that day.

This hotel was very clean the room was pretty nice too they provide pretty much everything you need for your stay such as obviously towels but there’s also a coffee pot and cups and wine glasses and utensils available which I thought was nice the view was okay I usually prefer to stay right on the beach but it was nice to watch the night life from the balcony and there is a water view

Perfect Getaway
It's been a while since we have been to Miami. We were a little hesitant that it might be a loud, raucous environment. It was not! It was absolutely beautifully calm, family oriented, filled with kind staff (Leo by the pool was the best!) and wonderful accommodations. The room was perfect. The hotel was perfect. The pool was perfect. We had EVERYTHING we could want or need within walking distance in every direction. I'm so happy we chose this place!

Perfect rental
Marie was an awesome host. The unit was very clean and spacious. The unit and outside terrace had an amazing view of the bay. Perfect for a cocktail at sunset or morning coffee. The location was absolutely perfect, with great restaurants steps away. Look forward to returning.

Amazing view and location!
This was our first visit to Florida so a view of the ocean was what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! Room was equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend stay and we were within walking distance of many great stores and restaurants. Only complaint was that we arrived when it was dark out and us Iowa people aren’t used to so much traffic (haha). We didn’t realize there was nowhere to park while you checked in to the hotel besides the front drop off area, so we tried going in the actual parking area and almost got stuck because we didn’t have a pass. So make sure you get your parking pass before parking!

I was very comfortable and well located with walking distance to various restaurants. The area is nice and quiet. The hotel and my room are very clean.

Very enjoyable
You can hear what's happening in the rooms from the hallway but most hotels are like that. The room was exactly as advertised and the view was amazing, that's why we got the room. The restraunt next door was delicious and so elegant. Definitely coming back!
Also the hotel smelled really good when you first entered, our hallway smelled like urine when we checked in but within an hour or so someone must have cleaned whatever it was.

Overall very satisfied with the stay. Loved the coconut grove area and the calmness it brought. We will definitely be staying in this area next time we visit Miami.

Great Location
We had a Great time in Florida. Great location & hotel to stay in Florida. We enjoyed the balcony views and the swimming pool. The jacuzzi we didn’t use, looked very dirty from the balcony. The fitness was very nice. Most importantly, Host was very responsive and quick with any questions and concerns we had.

Just as advertised
Good location to shops and restaurants. Nice safe area. Only 2 downfall restaurant in hotel was closed as well as bar area and breakfast was only for hotel guests not vrbo guest.

Good besides hiccup
We checked in and found the room was not cleaned. According to the front desk person this doesn’t happen often, but happens every few weeks. We contacted the hosts, but didn’t hear back for a couple of hours. This resulted in us having to run around Miami trying to find a place to stay for the night. We heard back from the hosts late in the evening and we agreed upon having the room cleaned by the next morning. They offered us a refund for the night and a discount on a future stay. Other than that issue the room was fine, the balcony was nice, and the parking was easy.
