Great location, easy to follow check-in and check-out steps. Great property, extremely clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville and the location of this property. We walked everywhere we wanted to go which was exactly what we hoped to do. It was clean and had plenty of room for us with the exception of the living room - there was no way four adults could sit comfortably to visit. Another piece of furniture besides just a couch would be a nice addition. The kitchen was large and seemed to have everything for cooking, but we never used any of the appliances as we were on the go all the time. The beds were very comfortable and as others have mentioned, the floor to ceiling windows do let a lot of light in in the morning. It's also important to mention that this property is right off a six-lane freeway so the traffic noise is constant all night. You get used to it though. The arrival instructions were very thorough, but the check in process was a bit frustrating as the concierge didn't know where to find our parking packet, but on the second request he finally located it in a different cupboard. Not a big deal overall. It should also be noted that the departure instructions in the property didn't match the instructions in the email, but we figured it out. The biggest irritation I had was the many text messages and emails that I received every day warning us that our noise levels were being monitored in our apartment and we were expected to keep the noise down. No problem - we were mostly only there for sleeping and had no plans to throw a party; however, the apartment next door had a dog that never stopped barking day or night so why wasn't their noise being monitored and the dog barking addressed? It just left a bad impression on me to receive random threats by the property multiple times a day for no reason when the rules didn't seem to apply to all tenants. I prefer to be treated more like a responsible adult. It was just a few little things that weren't huge issues and didn't ruin the trip for us by any means. I do like the apartment, just disappointed in the management of it.

This was a great location in Nashville. Within a few blocks of all of the bars, Roman theater, Country Music HOF, etc. There is plenty of private parking and a Whole Foods on the first floor. My “but” is beware if you are at all sensitive to light when sleeping. This place is all windows and the shades are basic government grade shades. When the sun rises, you will be awake as if it were noon. I slept horribly the entire stay because there was no respite from the sun in the morning. I would suggest the owners invest in blackout shades for all of the rooms. If you love windows and lots of sunlight even when you are trying to sleep, it is the place for you.

We went to Nashville for our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt's MBA program. This place was a perfect location - close to our daughter's apartment, close to downtown, close to the gulch, and many other places. I hope to come back soon!

The property was very nice and clean. The immediately surrounding area has dozens of great restaurants. The unit pictures showed a patio, but our unit didn’t have one. The linen situation could be improved, as we had 4 bath towels, 4 bath mats, only one hand towel and one dish towel. We also had to request linens for the futon, as they weren’t in the unit when we arrived. The kitchen had most everything you needed for basic cooking, but there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which would have been helpful. The Whole Foods is downstairs and very convenient for supplies and paper products. Overall, we enjoyed the unit.
