What a dream house! The view of the Russian River is beautiful and the dock to the river just a few steps away. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked, the living room roomy and comfortable, the bedrooms and beds luxurious. Our family enjoyed the use of the kayaks and river floats during the day and the hot tub at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I real enjoyed the property with direct access to the Russian River. The kayaks were great and we did a lot of upriver trips to enjoy the scenery. This is a great place to stay and the host is very responsive to our texts. Brad

This was honestly one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, bright and airy, with every amenity you could possibly hope for. The multiple decks are AMAZING — a dream come true overlooking the river. We loved that our dog was welcome — she enjoyed running around on the lawn, and the dog gate on the middle deck was convenient (for dogs or young kids) when we were hanging out outside. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the large deck with the hot tub and outdoor shower, which was really convenient. Bathrooms were really nice, linens were high quality, overall it was fantastic. The house includes kayaks, life jackets, and a ton of different inflatables to use on the river. One suggestion for the owners would be to get a second double paddle for the kayaks, as the single was much harder to navigate with. A couple notes for renters: this house has a TON of stairs, and there’s no real way to avoid them. We loved getting a workout, but if people in your party have mobility issues, this may not be the best house for you. If you bring a dog or little kids, know that there’s no easy access to the river besides the floating dock — there’s no beach area or dirt slope or anything like that. For swimming and water play, you’ll want to head to a beach — we loved Johnson’s Beach, just a five minute drive away. (No dogs, but perfect for kids.) Overall we loved this house and would love to visit again!

Kids loved the kayaks and floaties. Adults loved the view and the hot tub. Great private dock on a peaceful calm section of the river. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen amenities. Minutes to Guerneville. We will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful safe neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway. Perfect for a family, friends and even our sweet yellow Labrador ! Fun swimming dock, sweet little town with fun restaurants and an ice cream shop. Close to the ocean and close to shopping. Great time!

We went here with a group of friends and had the most amazing time! We will absolutely be going back. The house was really considered and had everything we needed. Also, can't beat being right on the water!

Fantastic home on the river with excellent private dock with easy access. Perfect spot as there are no homes across the river and it’s a short paddle to town and Johnson’s beach. We saw lots of birds, jumping fish, and deer. House has lots of comfortable outdoor seating, four kayaks and tons of floaties. Be sure to bring your own deck chairs for sitting by the river. Upgraded, remodeled home with all essential spices and great cookware. Charlie was an excellent host welcoming us with red wine and communicating as needed. We spend every Memorial weekend at homes on the river and this is definitely one to return to!!

We loved our stay on the river. The house was very clean and nice. Lots of room inside and tons of great deck space outside overlooking the river. We used the private dock to kayak from. We would definitely choose this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverfront in early April. The property is perfectly is situated on the Russian River and less than 2 miles from Guerneville. Thank you Charlie for always being available and for the easy check in and check out process. We’ll definitely be back!

Nestled along the picturesque Russian River, our recent stay at the Magnificent Riverfront Home in Guerneville, was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty and tranquility that surrounded us. The home is warm and comfortable, tastefully decorated and charming. The spacious living/dining area provided ample room for relaxation, playing games, puzzling, and gazing out the large windows at the river views. We loved the flowers and bottle of wine that greeted us! One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the expansive deck overlooking the river. Unfortunately, we only had one day of sunshine to truly enjoy the decks. But rain or shine sipping coffee in the morning, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the deck provided the perfect vantage point to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the area. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the beds were so comfortable! We spent some time at Safari West, experiencing the wineries in the surrounding area, and enjoyed a beer or two at Stumptown Brewing with the locals. We definitely look forward to returning on sunnier days to enjoy the river and take advantage of the kayaks! Charlie, the manager is wonderful! Communication was excellent, and he was very accommodating! Thank you for a great stay!

Got this place with a bunch of friends and we had the best weekend!

The house is beautiful and we celebrated a birthday there, just 5 us. It was exactly what we wanted and I was so happy!! 5 of us stayed there comfortably and slept like babies in the comfy beds. The serene atmosphere was amazing. The owners/managers were so welcoming and wonderful. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

My four friends and I enjoyed relaxation, great food, and much laughter together in this wonderful home. Charlie was very lovely and checked in with us and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and Champagne along with a thoughtful card. The home was easy to access and extremely clean. The beds were cozy and all was enjoyed. We will be back in the summertime to enjoy fun on the river 😊

We had a lovely visit to Guerneville. This property has great tranquil views of the river and is just as described. Kitchen was well stocked and the living room was a great hangout space for our family. The hot tub was awesome after a day of hiking & wine tasting too! Communication with the owner was fast & clear. This house is terrific, would love to come back. Beautiful location directly on the river surrounded by redwoods. Close to Guerneville for easy access to stores and restaurants. Charlie was very communicative and kind during the whole process. House was very clean and plenty of space for all, especially with 3 full baths and the two queen beds in the 4th bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking supplies. Hot tub is large. A great listing!

Our family of 7 adults spent a fabulous post Thanksgiving getaway in this beautiful property. We cooked meals in the wonderfully appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the decks. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were amazing! Golf, Armstrong Redwoods, and much more for a 3 day trip. I highly recommend! We will be back in the warmer weather!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We loved the location with is amazing views of the river and it is also close to wineries and also close to the ocean. I would highly recommend the tour at Korbel Winery, as that was certainly one of the highlights of our trip. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. Charlie, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our girls trip was a huge success!!

Riverfront was the perfect place for our gathering of dear friends, from as far away as Mexico, New York and Southern CA. We are all serious cooks, and appreciated how well stocked and organized the kitchen was. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed and decorated, with various outdoor spaces to relax, and of course the spectacular view of the river. Charlie, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at no less than 20 places in and around Guerneville, and this place ranks way up there. It was obvious that the house was equipped to make sure folks had everything they could need as opposed to just what one could get away with rental house wise. Amazing views of the river and very comfortable rooms.

Charlies place was awesome for our group of 7. It’s easily accessible to the Gurneville strip and has river access. The place it self had an awesome deck for dinners and hang outs.

Best run property I've visited. Incredibly well equipped with lots of helpful information and signage. The location can't be beat: right on the river with a beautiful view. There are lots of water toys to use on the river.

Great house, location, access to Russian River, water floats and kayaks, great sunset view. Well supplied kitchen and good outside grill for preparing meals. We’ve rented this house several times over the years and always enjoyed it.

We had am amazing time on the river in this spacious vacation home. The house is better looking in person than in the pictures. We loved the provided kayaks and had fun in the jacuzzi We will definitely be back. Thank you Charlie fir your quick responses. Can’t wait to come again.

Rented this lovely home for my family celebrating my father’s 70th Birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming home. The place is huge and spacious. Didn’t realize they stocked the kitchen with so many things. We brought a lot kitchen things we ended up not needing. Place has a beautiful private view of the river and a nice dock to launch the kayaks they provide or floating inner tubes. The house has a lot of step so ensure that your family doesn’t have any accessibility issues. Kitchen is on top floor. Charlie the property manager is very nice and incredibly helpful and responsive. 5 stars. The house was amazing!
