Very nice place. However no Kleenex, one-ply toilet paper, they had extra pillows but no pillow cases. No dresser in the Master Bedroom to put our clothes in, & coffee pot carafe was cracked in three places. Didn’t know it until we went to our coffee & it went everywhere. End up finding a back up coffee pot with carafe that we could use. Great communication though.

Family from a couple states got together for Thanksgiving here. The house was the perfect size and great for time spent together. Kids loved the pool and hot tup and it was really nice being so close to everything. Great stay at a great location and we would definitely come back.

The home was the perfect size for our friend getaway. Bedrooms with a bathroom for all the adults and a fun bunk room for all the kids. We came during a heat wave and the AC had a hard time keeping up. We booked the property because there is a pool in the backyard. There were a few issues with the pool (cover, waterfall and lights were broken) but we could still use it. Overall a great stay!

Having our own ool without the “P” was so convenient ands if the older children wanted to get in the big pool, it was only a two minute walk. You made our family trip wonderful! Thank you

Great place to stay. The pool and fire place were great to be able to hangout and visit. The rooms were all spacious and perfect for multiple families to stay together.

Absolutely loved everything about this house. We want to come again. We got quick answers to questions. It is located close to biking and eating. Can't say enough good about it. Also...right next to the pickelball court which was awesome.

Great place to stay, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view is amazing and we loved that we were by the pickleball courts, made it easier to see when a court was available. Private pool and hot tub were a hit and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings.

What an incredible property! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and appreciated how well-appointed the home was in all aspects - the decor, quality of linens, comfortable beds and furniture, space, etc. And the pool/hot tub combo was amazing! Also appreciated how responsive and accommodating property management was when I had questions and to extend the stay an extra night. We would come back to this same unit or another Red Sands property in a heartbeat! Thanks so much!

We loved the pool and hot tub area. Not a big enough sitting area which was disappointing. For a family and group this house is not adequately stocked with towels and if I had known we would have brought our own. Loved the location next to pickle ball courts but not as clean and up-kept as other properties we have stayed at in the area.

We have rented a house in st George every year for spring break for the last 5 years. Hands down this was the best house we’ve ever rented. The house was wonderful, clean, and spacious. And the pool and hot tub in back, with the pickle ball courts next door, and the amazing view just put this one over the top!

Plenty of room for our large family of 14. The only thing I think would suggest is that heating the pool to 84 degrees is not warm enough. On cool days it was way too cold for the adults. The younger kids didn’t seem to mind though.

We had a great time at this house! Great location and we loved the pool! Went in March and it was warm enough to swim all day and night! I would come back with my kids sometime.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. Had my wife, friend, and sister with. Great background for grilling and spending time outside with your group. Very nice grocery store (Harmons) about a mile away that you can find everything you need for feeding your group. Did not have my kids with me but this place was set up for entertaining kids and would love to bring them back.

We enjoyed our stay. The community pool was good, but having our own pool was better. It was smaller than we expected, but still perfect for the amount of people we had. We loved that there were so many bathrooms and 4 master suites. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to watch fireworks from there. The scenery was also beautiful. Red Sands were great with making sure everything went smoothly. They contacted me several times with info and just to check on us. They were quick to respond . Thanks! We would stay again.

Beautiful place, clean & neat, big enough for everyone.

Wish I could give a higher rating but the lack of cleaning and maintenance was too poor. The layout of the home was great and worked perfect for our group. Loved having our own pool and hot tub in the backyard however the whole patio area was SO dirty. The outdoor table was so greasy and covered with sand as well as all the outside chairs. We had to spend the first hour just cleaning it up before we could even use it. Upsetting when you know everyone pays a hefty cleaning fee. The pool at the complex was so disgustingly dirty we did not even use it. The slide was not on and there was no signage telling anyone how to turn it on or what to do. For all the fees charged beyond the rental fee you would expect things to be clean and taken care of better. Not sure we will stay there again because of it.

We had so much fun staying here! The pool was just perfect for little swimmers and it was nice to relax in the hot tub too! Plenty of seating to gather to play games and have meals. With the patio doors opened up to the outdoor table they felt close enough to still feel together!

Ocotillo Springs # 70 was very nice. We spent Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had almost everything we needed , utinsil wise. Clean and everyone mentioned how comfy the mattresses were. Will probably book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocotillo Springs We had units 16,70, and 61. They were all close together so it was easy to get to one another. We plan on coming again and staying in Ocotillo Springs. It is a great location and everything is clean and well kept.

It was really fun and perfect for our big family.

This place is great for a girls weekend! Right next to the Pickleball courts and own private pool. Very quiet and very clean! We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Ocotillo Springs house! We were a group of 9 adults and we had more than enough room for everyone (as well as some extra space for those working from home). We loved the private pool and the living room was a great set up to watch the Olympics on a big screen! The only suggested improvements would be to 1) make sure the couch blankets and pillows are clean (we saw a few had food stains on them) and 2) stock the bathrooms and kitchen with extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

There was plenty of space for 15 of us. Having a bathroom in every room was a great bonus! I was disappointed with the lack of appliances in the kitchen with it being able to accommodate so many people. The AC downstairs wasn’t really working very well, so it was pretty warm on the main floor. And I didn’t like how much we had to do for cleaning when we paid so much for the cleaning fee. Despite those things, we had a wonderful stay. The pool and pickle ball courts were a great bonus and it was a perfect place for our family! We would definitely come again!

Property was extremely clean, check in process was easy and we had a really nice time. Pool and all amenities were super nice.

We had such a great time at our retreat. The home is beautiful and was spacious enough for all of us. The home is decorated very nice and was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub as well as using the fire pits to relax and the pickleball courts next door. The pool was small enough that we were able to keep the kids within view at all times. My only observation that was not completely positive was with the pool. Only through reading reviews after booking was I made aware that there is an additional fee to heat the pool. I did not see any mention of this prior to reserving or even when I received my reservation confirmation. It was only addressed once I brought it up. I was quoted 2 different daily amounts to heat the pool. This issue was taken care of prior to us checking in. Thank you. Also a gentleman showed up the morning after we arrived and turned off the waterfall feature to the pool. When I reached out, I was told that the feature was not meant for guest use. This came as a surprise, especially since the feature is showed in the pictures promoting the rental and was available our first night. Again this was never discussed in any of my correspondence concerning the rental. So my only suggestion would be full transparency when promoting and booking of the property. With that said, we would definitely rent this home again for future visits.
