The extra blankets provided are a big plus, the big windows and the spacious bathroom as well. Late check-out was possible (until high-noon). Very central location with good transport connections.

One of the main roads leads directly past the accomodation, and buses pass by almost every minute from 6 a.m. until late at night. Accordingly, bedtime was quite short for us as you can hear all the noise from outside.

The space and location.

La posizione centralissima. La stanza spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Il bagno pulito e moderno.

Poca insonorizzazione della stanza. Mancanza di un parcheggio privato: noi abbiamo parcheggiato a pagamento nell’adiacente Neckar-Parkhaus (350m a piedi).

Location was very good. In the center of everything. Even we had delay 1 hour while check-out by mistake; hotel did tolarate.

The couch that children slept was not comfortable.

A bit loud (but as it is in the center it was totally fine for us!). The equipment in the kitchen was ok.

Nice apartment. We received a message before arrival telling us how to get the key. No problems at all. Apartment was quite big. There were two fans there which made it nice to sleep with the windows closed. We were four people, two slept in the living room and two of us in the bedroom. TV in both rooms, big bath room, wifi good. Clean apartment. We enjoyed our two days stay.

it was really loud outside, due to people talking on the streets. The hotel provides earplugs, though.

No a/c and noisy location: either hot and stuffy or loud. Ok for one night, but don't recommend to stay longer there in summer. No elevator. Haven't seen any staff, but instructions were clear.

Very central location, close to the parking garage and other necessities. Very clean set up, it was just like an apartment. The bathroom was huge, well lit, and had heated floors. Great view from the windows

The location is next to the main bus stop, so the outside noise can be a bit much at times.

Very good location, lovely modern room provided with coffee, tea and water included in the room price. The check-in information was very clear, everything went smoothly. The room was clean and very comfy.

We had no issues during our short stay.

50+ steps to get to our room (which was on the 2nd floor) - not a problem for my family, but it may be for others, so please be aware.

All was just fine!

This is a minimal service location. You need to find the key box, enter the code, figure out the lock and so on. There was no one onsite when I arrived. When I had a request no one responded to my texts. I finally made a call, at which point they were very helpful.

The ability to contact someone to answer questions, etc, needs to be improved.

Clean, comfortable, attractive, and relatively large room. Location was very good for access to the old town. Check-in and check-out were easily accomplished. The parking garage was <5 min away. A refrigerator and kettle are always appreciated.

The location, room size, availability of nearby parking, and price were all great. The check-in process was very simple and fully explained in the message sent on the day of arrival.

The pillows provide no support, which has been our typical experience in Europe.
