Poolen och läget var bra. Trevlig ägare. Parkering bredvid huset. Vi ger 3/5 för utsidan.

Det fanns enbart 4 solsängar fast boendet var för upp till 6 personer. Insidan behöver uppdatering. Eluttag i ena sovrummet saknade ström. Svårt att spola toaletten när tvättmaskinen var på. Kuddarna behövs bytas. Ac i ena sovrummet var av äldre modell, den levde om. Vi ger 2/5 för insidan.

Everything was perfect! Very kind owner and comfy apartment. There was everything what you need and even gifts like grapes and wine :) 500 m to the sea, 300 to the shops and restaurants. Parking on the road, im front od building. Recommend!

Lovely ground floor property with an amazing private pool. We were met by the rental rep to get the keys and they were really helpful in sorting a cot-bed even though we had a late arrival. The owner was really friendly too. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds, aiircon in each one. The kitchen has all the basics for making simple meals, there's no separate sitting room area however we really didn't need it, we were outside all the time in the pool or by it under the much needed sun shades. It's a short walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk into the main square of the town. A few supermarkets 5 minutes drive away and parking was easy right outside the property.

Our hosts were extremely friendly - they showed us everything, we got fresh fruit, lemons, wine and almonds when we arrived and a lot of tips for restaurants, beaches etc. The house is fantastic, very spacious, great pool and terrace with big sun sails and in general you will have everything you need. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and in a few minutes (walking) you can reach beautiful beaches and some restaurants of the small and cute town Avola. It is also a great location to visit the nearby national park (very beautiful), siracusa and noto. There is also enough space for parking at the house. All in all we (two couples) had a great time at this house and would definetly recommend it to others! Many thanks to our hosts!
