bathtub stopper didn’t work

Instructions should have identified that the entrance was not the front door. Arrived in the evening; never saw the Casita entrance prior to calling the management company. What a unnecessary bother. Not allowed to eat in the restaurant was also irritating.

As this was a vacation rental (VACASA) and not a hotel, there was no breakfast, which was fine with us. Also, there was no fitness facility, which again, was fine with us. This home was within a resort gated community, met the owners of the home we stayed at who were very warm and friendly. The room we stayed in was attached to the main home, but had it's own entry. The room was a very good size, and nicely supplied with all we needed, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the kitchenette was well stocked as well with silverware and dishes. The bathing area was also large and nicely situated within the room.

Would have liked to have been able to use the Wellness Center and Fitness center at the resort, but this was not a big deal to us as we had our own plans.

The casita was very clean, modern and comfortable. The huge windows were incredible for taking in the surrounding scenery. We absolutely loved our stay here and appreciated the beauty and peacefulness of the property. The hosts were also very gracious and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. We are grateful that our dog could be there - the patio had a beautiful view/

The listing talked about pool and hot tub access, which was one reason to go with this property. However, we learned that the pool and hot tub were not on premises, and were actually a little ways away. The listing should be clear or not mention it at all. I feel we over paid a bit as a result.

Lovely, quiet location in a gated community, close to Snow Canyon. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Small outdoor patio was super nice to have, especially with a dog.

During this COVID restriction time and limited dining out options, it would to have been nice to have had more of a kitchen. You are limited to a microwave and a small toaster oven, no hot plate.
